  1. Not a bad approach. It won't bother me at all if Gallatin continues to underachieve.
  2. They have definitely made improvements. I didn’t realize that they weren’t done. I’ll hold off anymore judgement until then.. It has always been a cool venue, but I think it has potential to be something really, really special if they want it to be.
  3. I was referring to the stadium facilities. I’ve seen the new visiting bleachers. Still think the home side, concessions, restrooms, visiting locker room (if you can call it that) are still in major need of upgrading.
  4. I think Gallatin wins a close one. Too much talent to drop to 0-2.. I don’t see how SC gets many stops against the Gallatin offense.
  5. Lebanon wins by two scores. I have a feeling their defense comes out and has an impressive showing this week.
  6. Gallatin has so much potential, but needs a big face lift. They need it more than ever with their facilities lagging behind the rest of Sumner Co.
  7. Went to the game tonight, pretty impressive win for Mt. Juliet. They shouldn’t have made it as exciting as it was after going up 31-14 but they’re definitely one of the favorites in the Region. Glad football is back.
  8. Might go to the game tonight, will definitely watch on TV if not. Who do you guys have winning the opening game of the season? My heart says Cane Ridge, head disagreeing a little.. think it will be tight. Cane Ridge 26 Mt. Juliet 24
  9. From my vantage point, Perry has always ran a pretty tight ship. I think that has been the case with the MJ program ever since Roger Perry took over in like 2005 or so. I have nothing to do with Gallatin or Sumner County teams and the only things I have ever heard about Watson have been awful. Losing him is probably the best thing to happen to Gallatin football in years.
  10. I am going to be optimistic about my Wildcats chances this season.. But I think the change of scenery for the Central program has been great to see. There have been a lot of improvements around the WC program, and the physicality has really picked up. I am excited about the offense and think Coach Kuhn will have WC back to the WC that was consistently beating or challenging the rest of the teams in the County. He has came in and overhauled a lot of things and has assembled the best staff that they have had in years. I think the Region goes 1. Mt. Juliet 2. Gallatin 3. Wilson Central 4. Lebanon Maybe too optimistic, but Lebanon and Green Hill lost a ton. Mt. Juliet lost a lot too, but their Junior class is pretty talented.. Number 34 from last year can be a difference maker at RB and the Travers kid looks to be the best QB in the Region. I think Lebanon has too many questions on the OL, but still think they are more talented than GH. Does anyone know what the GH offense is going to look like? Are they staying in the spread or going Wing T? I know Coach White has preferred the Wing T in the past.
  11. Trey Perry has no discipline but Chad Watson did and is the best coach they have ever had? Even from a Central fan, is this a real post?
