well said General...and i know the McClendons through my sons who play football, baseball and wrestle at Eagleville...it was a horrible night when Micah got injured...it was the very next week after we played them at Forrest. I remember the big get together we had at the park, all of Eagleville and Forrest were there to help raise money to help the McClendons...hope this new hire does well for you guys. hope he does his homework!

that is why i love our K-12 school!!! our kids are already allowed to participate as 8th graders if we do not have the sport in middle school.

and im saying allow them to play even if the official move is only across town but land in another school district. So if a riverdale player moved to Oakland school zone, that player can qualify for the one time move...but after that he will have to sit if the family moves again anywhere in the state of TN regardless of miles moved!

I think the only way a player should be able to transfer is on a legitimate move to another school district...but i would say make sure there is an official move of the entire family or immediate guardian of the kid/kids. then allow them that one time transfer rule to the school they moved to that district of but allow them to play that year. however, if they move again, they will have to sit regardless of the reason that way we do not have kids playing at 4 schools in a 4 year span trying to seek a championship team.
