Yeah....but look at the teams they played the last 3 games. Who wouldn't mash against that pitching!!! My boys from CSAS should win this one. We played Valley pretty tough in the district. We just finished playing much better competition than Grace just saw. My prediction: CSAS wins this one by 5!
Sounds like too many of LV's fans/players are looking for excuses as to why they can't hit. Obviously the Grace pitching was effective. If Grace's pitchers were too slow, are you guys going to get on here and make excuses when you play teams that have pitchers who throw too hard?
Why would you plan a scrimmage at a place where there are no lights? That makes no sense. Why not just schedule it at Grace. Or as catsbackr suggested, go play Hunter /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
Grace's field is terrible....TERRIBLE. You might as well just build a mound on a football field and throw down a few bases. Oh wait, that's what it is - a football field with bases! Red Bank, Hixson, or Soddy would be much better choices.
I can't argue with you on that point. However, SP always plays Marion and Sequatchie just to name a few. Their non-region games are always tough games. Very seldom to you seem them playing "gimmes".
Skogen is without a doubt an extremely gifted athlete. I don’t think anyone on here would argue that. However, Temple plays a weaker schedule compared to these other receivers…bottom line. Just look at their non-region schedule. Unaka and Oakdale are not good. And Taft??? Please….they could let the water girls QB that game and he would still have 200 yards receiving.
