this was the last year of ridgeway soccer most likely were losing 7 starters i believe and we have no freshmen coming out, but we definatley should have been in the finals we tooled bearden the entire game with our midfield just couldnt get it on target

I would just like to put in i just got home from the semi-finals i play for ridgeway left back #11 if anyone was there and the linesmen on the fan side was absolutly terrible especially considering the the goal that tied was a throw in where our keeper got a cleat to the face and no one touched the ball when the center ref went to talk to his linemen he completely blew the call and gave a goal there were way too many calls missed by the ref

yes they won, but i believe they were in A/AA not AAA and it was 2002 they also won it in 2000, but lost in the finals in 2001

just found out houstons in 6-0 over millington farragut is in 4-2 over sciencehill

Ridgeway beat cordova this morning 5-1 i dont think the other games are going to be played until tonight though

Ridgeway went to dyersburg and put up 3 goals in the first 10 minutes then slacked and let dyersburg back into it with a final 3-2 after half they came out hard and didnt stop till that final whistle if dyersburg goes into the USJ game with the mentality of the second half they will have this game

These teams play tonight at 6 both have already locked their place into sub-state and i cant particularly see either of them losing there. How does this game end up and how far do each go in the tournament?

yea here in memphis some of the fields at mike rose BLOW it seems like theyre lettin the ones in the back slip, but then again i think they only use those for high school when i play club its never on those and the stadium is amazing not many places could compare to that

Wow so it sounds like an amazing tourny so far and i hear that Ridgeway will play Collierville and Houston will play germantown both games at Colliervile starting at 5 with RHS v. CHS first this thursday 5/11

Anyone have the rankings and the schedule and times for the district tournament next week?

That's right becuase Ridgeway plays Kingsburt in the first round and Central plays Collierville in the first round also i believe.

I think Ridgeway will go in over Collierville, i saw their game against White Station and it was a tad sloppy, but they really picked it up and played hard. I also think White Station will put up a fight with Houston, but in the end Houston will pull it out.

In region 8 germantown won't make it to the finals. In order to do that they'd have to go through either Houston(ranked #1 beat them 1-0) or Ridgeway(ranked #2 tied 0-0) in their region. If either of those teams come out playing to their potiential then it won't be much of a contest. Also could someone post the schedule for that region

Yesterday, Jeremy Logue(Ridgeway High) chipped a ball to Robert Exilbeard(Ridgeway High) who chested it up and then did a sideways bicycle kick which flew right inside the left post. I'd have to say it looked pretty sweet.
