Ok the kid from is Red Bank is decent. Lets be honest if he is a top prospect then he should be puttin up Gerald Riggs numbers. Top prospects (check the recruiting services) are putting up 300 yd games at will, not 120 yd games, am I trying to "down" him, NO! Do I think the coaches from Red Bank hyped him up...YES! When your a TOP recruit as stated, then you DOMINATE week in and week out! Now Howard CANNOT stop the run....this could be that 300 yd game!

So who they scrimmaging, Ive heard that Brainerd was looking for a game but they got no response from the coach? I think LV has a good chance to make some things happen this Fall

So who is playing QB for Howard this year, from what I saw in the closing of the season QB play was a major factor in the 2 losses! So who is it this year, and before you say it, YES, YOU DO NEED A QB to win this region.!

Okay..........Okay....I get it! Everyone else can get on here and say that their team is great. I mean EVERYBODY, so if you go to DB your supposed to tell kids, you stink! Zone, yes the spread might not be good for us in your view, but I see it everyday and they look good. To Green Acres and all the other SBA fans, if you come in second that is great, SO PROUD! but for me to be a fan (and a coach...SHHHHH) I CAN support mine. And earlier about the middle school thing.....Others used it but Oh lowly DB cant.......That's cool too....SP I hope that all is well out there, and maybe you guys forget you have a game that night! LOL In that case we are in 3rd by Middle standards cause we only lost to Grace and DRILLED SBA, so again I just based it on the PREVIOUS PEOPLES OBSERVATIONS!

Okay before I make the selections, let's look at this based on other peoples breakdown. This is totally based on what others have said. 1. South Pitt: DUH! 2. Grace: That QB is a very good athlete and has some solid returners andif that kid from the middle school is on the varsity.........the South Pitt game could be a Classic 3. Whitwell: Solid program with great coaches 4. David Brainerd: Ah yes the DRAMA...here is my case. IF LV is going to be good because of the middle school team that is moving up....DB middle7-LV 0. If SBA team loses alot and their middle school kids are going to help them too....DB middle won by 20 (I think, if I am correct SBA middle had the lead right before half and got 20 str8 scored on them)The QB and ALL skill players return plus 3 new WR's and 3 OL. You say what quality are they, I say thats why there have coaches. 5. LV: The WR in question is GONE, but they have 3 solid RB's but the QB situation is in doubt 6. SBA: Lost too many and that Coach Allen ruffled some feathers 7. Copper Basin: Building a solid program there.....contention soon REAL soon 8. Temple: HONESTLY, is a coach or player going to want to deal with the situation of lack of playoffs and there best players will be entering their final year of basketball!

Are you serious? The alumni at Howard has to be one of the best in the city! Trust me from one season to another they are there giving the coaches heck, whether they win or lose. The people of that community love their TIGERS and they will support and ask for extra hot sauce on the fish sandwich! LOL

That has to the BEST statement made on the board in years...LOL!

Grace did not play Cover 3 all night, they played mainly Cover 2. They switched to Cover 3 late in the 2nd qtr and a little early third but not all night!

I know that the coaches want it bad to be a legit program without "hurting" the program. We COULD recruit illegally and steal players and rig some stuff for other kids to play, but HONESTLY its not worth it! I LOVE the fact that they still want to work hard, play hard and LEARN the game! Having each kid to get some kind of opp to play college ball is cool. I said all that to say, I REALLY would like to have a state of the art complex, 40 kid roster, speed for days and YES.....LIGHTS but you got work with what you got. Like DBCS fan said earlier it is up the adminstration....so I hope to see you guys in the finals this year that team should be a SOLID front runner!

Zone whats going on havent had much time to get on here, but I know what you are saying about the wing-t but I am looking more down the road as far as college and the wing is like dead. Anyway I couldnt get the game moved to friday (DONT HAVE ENOUGH UMPH YET....LOL). I have saw LC on tape they are not bad but we have to kind of use what we got type of thing and with better rotation of players I think I can get better work out of the spread, HEY tell your guys in SP to just tackle #21 and everything is going to go smooth!

To Zonepirate, My friend you have got to look from DBCS has come from, true enough we have played Temple and Sunbright, but you have got to build on something! There might be some beat downs but if not then what is going to be said. IF we beat LV beat LC, well I will talk to you about SP in private! LOL! take care of some other guarantees and just miss the play-offs or make it! We have no tradition! We are building a program (LEGALLY) and trying to just produce high school grads and college prospects. You got to want to win but what about when they grad, where do they go! I know where our players go (just one, LOL) but we have an early commitment and GOD willing all seniors ARE going to sign letters of intent. So how much do we have to pay you to tell VIC to tone it down some, LOL!

Hey NOW, what did I do to get in this! LOL! You konw high school football it changes so often, before you know it CSTV is going to buy the rights and we will play South Pitt on Tuesday before the Conference USA Game of the Week!

I am the OC for the Varsity, the Jr. high team is improving but both teams still have a ways to go! We dont get the luxury of "showcasing" the school. Were a small school and we are a couple of years away, but we are trying to lay the foundation. Take it easy on us on that Saturday afternoon in October!

Excuse me not a change of address, the hardship transfer, which is impossible unless you are a SENIOR!

This is his father, the REASON that Simeon did not play was because he was transfer. He had to sit out a year because he played at Howard. He was not recruited I coached at the school and HE wanted to follow me. We didnt use him because 1. It took the transfer process too long due to change of address 2. We didnt want him to play at DBCS, not pass the academic requirement, and not be able to play anywhere else. 3. Now he is back at your SCHOOL, and HE better check on that Geometry grade or you will be doggin Howard next! Ask him about not attending class and not attending tutoring...I TOOK HIM OUT...He wanted FUN AND GIRLS...WE WANTED COLLEGE PREP and A SOLID (LACK OF PUBLIC SCHOOL EDUCATION) FUTURE! And that is all on that! Decent at best, Nothing like we did this past weekend at Lenoir City.

Has the Chattanooga Area Jamboree schedule changed or is it the same? I have heard that it has changed. Can someone post the schedule for me please!

All this information is ALL fine and dandy, BUT will they have a team! There are still some kids at the school that want to still play ball, right? Well, do they HAVE A TEAM!

I am going with Red Bank then Cleveland and Brainerd as the sleeper, because( Brainerd).....new OC with a system that fits the athletes. The lines will be key to the development of the offense. If they can focus on the playoffs and not the rivalry games as much they can be a 3 seed with ease and a 2 with proper game planning! They got the athletes and the offensive system, something has got to give.
