wow...times have really changed..GC use to beat LC by a min. of 20 pts every year...but it seems like GC is running out of athletes on the bball court....i dont think so much its coach holts fault but the basketball well at GC is running dry..(dont get me wrong tho holt is a terrible coach in my mind) but when you had the players he had in the past he had no other option but to win...or maybe i could be wrong and this was just a fluke??

i would like to congratulate GC for winning the district championship i thought you guys played great even though i thought this was going to be a rebuilding year. you overcame alot this season and i saw last night that it doesnt matter who you have on the field as long as they know what they are doing and know the game of baseball you guys are going to be successful and another thing i would like to do is congratulate the GC football,basketball,and baseball teams for competeing at very high levels this year you student athletes at that school have turned that school into a known sports school

Havent been to a Giles county baseball game yet because of my job but does sam edgmon still play and what happened to Ralph Garrett i havent heard anything about those two

So far my bobcats have been on roll i hope they can keep this up and keep winning in the postseason thats when most of their problems start So far ive been to almost every game i dont think they lost to clarksville northeast but i know they have at least two more loses in that sportsmed shootout which i didnt attend but other than that they still have a prettly solid record

This will be the first game i attened all season work has gotten in the way and i havent been able to see my bobcats in person by the looks of things i think GC will win this one it will be close because of the qb situation but if they play the defense i heard about it will be a rout.

GC dominated thoughout the whole scrimmage they controled MC on the ground and through the air. GC pass Defense looked a little suspect at sometimes on 3 downs but other than that they did pretty well GC also scrimmaged three 5A teams today in Lavergne if anyone has an update on that please let me know

GC has been doing pretty well after TJ and that big loss to their senior class GC will scrimmage Moore County Friday and they have a passing leauge in Lavergne sometime soon and they will scrimmage Tullahoma next friday and they will be kickin off in P-Town againt MT. P

R u crazy GC dominated through that whole game and if you wanna talk about getting lucky you guys were lucky they didnt put at least 60 on yall. Yeah you guys got alot of plays called back but the thing about yalls plays is that they were all on the same drive GC had 3 or 4 tds called back on seperate drives. As for next season it may be a different story but I know what i saw last year and they didnt get lucky yall thought yall were going to come in win by 50 but that didnt happen.

I saw Spring Hill scrimmage Richland one day i think last month and they looked they same way they did last season...Terrible. Im not trying to run Spring Hill down or anything,(maybe some of their best players were playing baseball or something) But I think Richland scored on the first couple of times they touched the ball. I also think that SH is still running the spread but it looked awful i dont even think they got past the 50 on their first couple of drives. And I have no clue of who the head coach is

David Lipscomb runs a great 3-3 stack they used it alot against speard teams and it seems to always work for them but when i seen other team use it never seems to work, i guess its the personal

O dont get me wrong(Im a big GC fan) i also think that GC is going to be a solid team, Im just saying that they had alot of success with the spread offense and to go back to the old GC by running the ball about 50 times a game, I just think that they wont be able to just overpower teams like they did back in the Jackie era. And another thing about when fans get on here and talk about GC winning in scrimmages and keeping close to 5A teams. If u look at the scores at those scrimmages u will see that they dont give up about 2 touchdowns a game but when the season comes up teams seem to be putting up almost 40 a game. And that goes back to the offense, last season GC was able to score in a couple of seconds get the ball back and score quick again. This season coming up there going to be running a slow pace mix with the Single Wing and Maryland I. And when it comes time to put up a quick score I just dont think they have the personal to do it But I hope im wrong about that and i hope GC gets to the playoffs for a change
