well yes actually the 432 will get destroyed cuz rodewald, pair, and johnson have all run that or faster already and rodewald ran 427 last year so im sure he can do some big things and yes i will destroy 1018 so that answers that question 2 i guess. the only problem is i probly wont ever get to run against you cuz a 1018 around here is worth about 9th at sectionals

im sure teams like houston, ba, cordova, hunters lane, mlk, mitchell, ridgeway, mcgavock, riverdale and maybe a few more are all right around there because they are every year but i dont know their times. im just assuming that because they always run in the 320s or lower they will this year 2

im definately gonna have to disagree with this because i think the point guard that leads his team to a victory is always the better one. josh slater had his share of turnovers and couldnt hit the shots when it counted. and at the end of the game he just wouldnt give up the ball when he really needed to. kemp was smart enough to know that he wasnt shooting his best last night so he gave the ball up so his team won because of it. also kemp played defense 10x better than slater last night so there is no way u can say slater outplayed him. but i guess most people dont care about defense anymore i'm gonna have to say that after watching the game last night mlk couldve easily beaten either team

yea doc shelton coaches a really slow and boring game but it works really well. most other teams seem to get frustrated by it. the final score of that game last year was 44 42 i think so that basicly tells you how slow of a game that was. i think thats probly the fewest bolivar has scored in the last 3 years

its the winner of mlk v david lipscomb which is going on right now. it started about 30 minutes ago. mlk is the favorite but dl did pull the upset on them once this season so its not guaranteed

unfortunately hume fogg did pull off the upset tonight and i think this might b the first time theyve ever made it to substate but im not sure of that. i know its definately the first time in a really long time. if anyone knows the last time they made it let me know

does anyone think that the 1 and 2 teams from region 5 (most likely mlk at 1 and pearl cohn at 2) have a chance at getting past bchs or liberty to go to state. remember last year bolivar only beat mlk by 2 in the semifinals at state and if i remember correctly bolivar had somewhere around 24 or 26 free throws that game and hit all but 2 of them while mlk had only 4. that could b a great rematch if they face at substate or again at state

i think clarence deserved the mvp a lot more than gerald. gerald is just way to inconsistent and he hasnt had a good game in about 3 weeks. clarence is so dominant in the district. theres really no one in that district that can stop him

to get the discussion about concert bands goin i think that martin luther kings wind ensemble is the best around. and they have a small chamber group performing mozarts gran partita soon so look for that it will be incredible. there are very few high schoolers anywhere that can pull that off.

i saw kyle bowl at the city tournament in dickson on sunday and im gonna have to say that he can definately bowl anywhere. he didnt come to the doubles and singles events on saturday so the team event on sunday was his first time bowling there and he still bowled around 220-230 all three games
