  1. At least 2. And as far as Bradley getting Red Bank kids so does Soddy and Baylor. Ardent fans? Whose fans ? I could care less about who Bradley wrestles, If you or anyone else wants to do the greater good, then go start a kids club, use your resources, I remember when Bradley didn't even field a full team do you? They didn't whine about they built their program up from nothing, that's the real problem in this country no one wants to start from the bottom and work their way up, no value of a job well done, Bradley built their program it's their right to do want they want to with it. I think you have to commend Bradley, Collins Hill-the top programs etc..because of the fact they can keep talented kids in the program even though they may not be in the starting line up for a couple of years. Young people these days are looking for instant results for their time. When you look at teams that are down, what you will find is a lack of seniors in the line up. It doesnt have to be senior dominated line up but you do need that leadership to carry over from team to team. Your right about the value of a job well done because a job well done cannot be achieved in an afternoon of sitting on your arse but you can defeat any ps3 or 360 game in an afternoon maybe even be a guitar hero but wrestling takes time and years to master the skill level needed to be great. Kids these days don't have time for that...........they want car's, girls, and phones to finger all day with out even wanting to earn the right to have those things, as parents we are just supposed to hand them over, and most of us do just that-unless you don't have any money, then you just might lose your kid.
  2. Brad Lane, I think? Left Baylor and went back to Bradley and never wrestled again at Bradley? I think? Cothran, Floyd, Cordell left Red Bank and went to Bradley
  3. RMC, What does Collins Hill lineup look like.
  4. Awesome , this is one the fans don't want to miss, house full of great wrestlers.
  5. McCallie beat Cleveland in the finals. I don't think it was close, but I didn't keep up with the score, just alot of McCallie wins. 3,12,25,40,45,52,60,215,HWY

  7. Why the trash comment. What do you mean by trash? Please explain.
  8. I would assume that they add one more senior to the list when Wesley moves back to 171 and Mix starts at 189. They graduated a fair bit last year so the youth shouldn't come as too huge a surprise. I bet Wesley will go back to 171 before he has to face Kennedy from Blackman at 189. But watch out for Boykin from Riverdale at 171, sorry Wesley. Good Luck!!!!! I thought Scotty was going to Blackman. What happened.
  9. Not bored my big ol friend, just full of energy full of life and most important full of caca. What am I suppose to do today, can't play golf, been to church and solved the mystery of irish fairy. Which was sooooo obvious, but what do you expect from a dad who MAKES his son cheat on hydration test. bcb iii How come you did not list your turn ons and offs ? Too many in both directions to list. I was leaning towards the thought it could be the great imposter, but I couldn't rule out Charlie, but what sealed the deal is when he listed Jack's score with Alex, been killing him to get on here and make sure everyone new that score. I think Coacht should put a limit to how many bs names you can get on here with and try to slander people, if you are ashamed of your behavior so much so that you continually change names to throw people off the trail than maybe you shouldn't put it on here.
  10. You are bored this morning. I worry about you friend. Whens the first matches this week? Anybody.
  11. Lets see, nice first post but I'll play along. 6-3 start of third, periods 2-1-1, Blaike was cautioned 2 times to start the 2nd period for elbow placement, 1 time two start the third for too quick of a start which made the score 7-3 , which made 3 point exposure now out of the question and Blaike needs a pin in one minute period, tried to cradle and ride till 16 seconds left, and then tried a desperation roll to put Adam on his back and slipped out of it, thus Adam getting 2 points for the reversal. Score is 9-3. I doubt Adam cared what the score was because they will wrestle again on December 3rd at 160. There, since making a point of a few points mattered to you.
  12. Just one want's to come out and play, gotta try out the new wheel.
  13. Where's Colbert? He placed 4th(160) last year at state from McGavock. I would think he would be ahead of Hoop.
  14. If not Chig than maybe you can come up to Soddy Daisy and help talk them into wrestling, since you care so much and with you being the new assistant wrestling COACH at Red Bank we know there's no reason why you wouldn't want these young men to wrestle. Right.............I know' your just a concerned bystander meddling a bit.
  15. where's Taylor going? If your talking about Jonathan, it will be 40 or 45-depends.
  16. I think ghouse has it about right as he almost always does, except for maybe Father Ryan, they lost some good wrestlers. Ryan will still be good with some great upper weights and a couple down lower. Bradley is still right below Baylor over all with alot of great wrestlers returning from top to bottom, maybe heavy is a weakness for them but it would just be speculation. Soddy will be fine at the end of the year when it matters the most maybe not so much at the beginning. Campbell Lewis 130 has had shoulder surgery and want return until the state tournament, Blaike 160 has had two surgeries since April with alot of missed time that you cant make up over night, We do have Jonathan 140 returning state champ , Jake Gamble 125, Jacob Stevens at 103, Darren Smith(Turbo) will be one to deal with at 135 and Jamarcus Mobley 152 may make a return to action at some point. I believe our heavyweight will be a big surprise also but in my opinion to much youth and not a lot of depth for Soddy to leap frog Bradley, but the boy's are happy to be wrestling together at Soddy Daisy with Coach Henry and Coach Yost. Its time to get it going men,for all our wrestlers I hope everyone gets healed and stays healthy. CHATTWRESTLING
  17. Its okay my man, I did miss one other state champ, Zach Watson with Campbell Lewis being the other champion. I understand the point you were getting at because I've had problems in the past with some of our Teams that are put together. I think my oldest son "Jonathan Taylor" has been on one Team Tennessee, won the spot on another through tournament Qualifier and was told he wasn't needed, I don't think its hurt his wrestling one bit, just his dancing maybe?
  18. Mandingo, I don't think that team needed a COACH. I may have missed someone but on my count, that Team produced 10 STATE PLACERS, 1 of which was a state champ, 2 other finalists and our COACHES son who most agree would have placed if not for being injured early in the year, and was unable to compete the rest of the season. I'll go out on a limb and will say the state of TENNESSEE has never put this much wrestling talent for a schoolboy TEAM on the mat for an out of state tournament and i highly doubt they will again. I get what your saying about the daddy thing but that was not the TEAM to apply those standards too. 19. WHO'S IT HURTING, I really don't understand the problem. A fellow Tennessee wrestler wants to go test themselves, I for one hope the young man does well. I can understand if the people running the tournament have a problem but why do fellow Tennessee parents want to make a big deal out of a mole hill. /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />
  20. Mr. bcb, I think that your 4% or 70% would vary by the same amount as you go to each weight class through both Divisions. I've got some examples if you wan't to start peeing. IMHO the 112 weight class was the most solid from top to bottom in D1 but you know this because we've spoke on it. The heavy weights in D1 were very tuff also, 71,89,215,HWY. /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />
  21. CupCake, You have diarrhea of the mouth. FYI /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  22. We being his family were a little more than surprised, and we arent Muslim. We as a family apologize to anyone who was offended by our son's actions and please believe that his father took care of his youthful indescretions ASAP. I assure you that I was not laughing and he wasnt either. I would also like Coach Jordan and the Clarksville fans to know that his after match performance was not directed at them, and we are sorry for him being disrespectful but I've handled it. I've raised good young men that know how to act but as all parents know you can't control everything your children do. If you did see me laughing later that night with him, the parenting had already been taken care of and it was time to celebrate. I had two young men place yesterday and after all the hardwork, time and money our family has spent on their wrestling careers, I was not going to let it ruin our whole evening. Jonathan is remorseful and knows it was not the time nor place for his actions. Rigger, his family was in the upperdeck of the roundhouse so I'm sure you don't know what your talking about but you do know about youthful indescretions. To all of our friends we love you, for our children are of this community and we are so thankful for you guys. Brian and Tonya Henry, Blaike, Damon, and J.T. Money /flower.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":flower:" border="0" alt="flower.gif" />
  23. At 152, Justin Mathieson from Hixson. The bracket sets up nice for him, and he has a high octane motor.
  24. Ally Fien is gonna win at 165.
