i think he will do just fine. I agree, hard time to hire a new coach right before the season starts. Farragut lost alot of talent from their team last year. Will be an interesting year to say the least. District 4-AAA is wide open

exactly. I am hoping they just don't lay an egg like they did in the first round last year. This team was fun to watch during the season and if they play to their potential, they will be hard to beat. Burgess coming this year was HUGE

I 100% stand by this statement you made. The rule has been in place for years. I bet most people complaining about this rule would have no issue with it, if the rule was applied to any other team. As bad as it sucks, coaches and players are aware of this rule. People can complain all they want to, but it clearly states not only in the TSSAA handbook, but also in the NFHS rulebook as well. This rule would and should be applied to games in November just as much as in March.

This will be a fun game tommorrow night at Farragut. I believe they will have 3 Varsity players and the rest JV.

i think the whole team left the bench, but literally none made it past half court. I honestly wasn't looking at their bench so I can not say 100% for certain

I don't think you will see one unless someone recorded it on their cell phone. Best way to solve this is suspend the players involved in the scuffle. Any player that left the bench is out as well. Hate to see Farragut's special season end in this fashion. Can you imagine how electric the atmosphere will be Thursday night at Farragut. Two arch rivals playing for the Regional championship. Neither team wants to travel to SH or DB to play the sectional game, even though both those teams are just as good on the road.

That's so comical to me. Bishop had the 2nd greatest rushing season in the history of TSSAA and yet you give him no credit. Have you seen Bishop play any games this year?

What about when the Walker Valley QB got the 15 yard penalty on the last drive of the game that took the Mustangs out of FG range? Is that the call that you are referring to?

I was that the Karns vs LC game...they stacked 8 in the box the entire game and he still got 215 yards. He also threw for a TD. I have never seen Vaughn play, but have watched Bishop for 3 years....he is the real deal. He averages 290 yards a game this year. I don't care who you are or who you play against, that is pretty legit
