Liberty has a very nice team...The only weakness that I see that they may have is outside shooting...They play hard, have nice size and an under control for the most part...Btw is nice 2 and Tim Ware is the truth but i don't know about the other guard.....Ridgeway stunk

great points gentlemen.....i've seen wright play about 3 or 4 times and thad play about 10 or 12 times.... I would say it's a toss of the coin....wright is the real deal who at first i thought he was just a big but he has wonderful handles and excellent d....thad has all the tools...handles,shot, blocks, rebounds and of course excitement...so who's better???? flip the coin

i totally agree with one of others.....ray ray ware has the best in west tn....he's the fastest person i have seen with the ball in a while....if his jumper improves slightly he's the next big thing from memphis....

congrats to mitchell.... you guys played hard but just came up a little short...that's the way the ball bounces in this wonderful game....thad gave thornton a perfect pass like all year that would normally result in a two hand dunk but he bobbled it an liberty went down to score....it happens....powell shot was fallen all game but he air balled the last one badly....it happens...galilee i have enjoyed watching your team all year....and are you the guy that always wears the hat???

bolivar fans yes it's true big wayne was having a wonderful aggressive game the last time they met...and i hope he bring it wednesday because thornton is playing his best ball of the year....also if you look at the last game willie only guarded that when thad was in foul trouble....and he was flopping on every bump to try to get him fouled out...if u think willie kemp can guard thad u are out of your mind...willie will be an excellent college guard but thad has superstar written all over him...

yea congrats to the cougars on a good season...i don't recall jcm having a record this good since i was a sophmore on the team back in 93-94...congrats to coach starks also...who did a good job,,,with the team but memphis had a little too much for them.....great season

not so fast bolivar fans....mitchell is finally clicking as a team despite having 2 key people hurt...bolivar has a great team and even better coach who will have them prepared...but i think the reign ends here...thad is very hungry right now and i seriously doubt lil willie will be able to guard him this time around......mitchell by 5.....

stop all the stuff about blowouts.... if you were at the game you saw that fayette ware wasn't getting back on d or rebounding so they gave up a lot of easy points....hey gal what's up with thornton....he looks like he's finally in shape and he's been shooting the ball great....he's even catching balls off the rim like last year...i can't wait for the rematch next week and i hope the refs stay out of the game....

what's all this talk about siegal...what type of team do they have.... i admit i have been slipping on you all out there this year....as far as the memphis teams go....R.E. can be beat...especially if that large gym get to them like last year...i don't know about hamilton though...they have multiple players that attack the rim often...and their bigs can guard all over the floor....but i will be down there to see....good luck to everyone....

yea this bolivar/liberty thing is a lot like bolivar/south side 2 years ago....i would really love for bolivar to keep winning to set up that wonderful rematch with those mighty mitchell tigers... a healthy wayne and a not in foul trouble thad....it's on...

that mitchell game last night was awesome...the first 3 minutes of the game was enough to see and go home....it's always funny to see other teams try to outrun mitchell without having enough bodies....they look ready and focused for a state tourney run...where was the left hand kid last night and what is up with powell galilee?????

my my my basketball fans...brentwood is the real deal...after watching bwright for the second and third game this season he is the real truth....bolivar didn't show up at all and the game was real boring...i really love the bone kids game...he is solid in all areas of the game with nice size....bwright is a very schooled basketball player...he plays wonderful team and individual d 2 go along with a wonderful offenseive game that is unselfish...n saturdays game bwood handled mitchells hacking wild press easily...if the light skinned kid could ever hit a shot from the corner it would of been a 30 point blowout...i am real impressed and i also wondered why mitchell continued to trap....thad had a nice game but i am beginning to think bpowell is overrated...with all that athleticism all he can do is spot up and shoot and he is very careless with his ballhandling...as far as wille kemp starting next year i don't know about that...memphis seems to do real well with allen playing the point....don't forget his high school career matches up against anybody elses..

king brian if you think wayne chism is the top player in the state you are nuts....don't get me wrong chism is a nice player who has improved on a yearly basis but he always plays against 6'1 post players half his weight...he did show me some skills and heart in the first half against mitchell

the game saturday was great for high school basketball...you had two of the top teams in the state playing a really good basketball game...i'm not a fan of either but i have seen both teams play on a regular...one thing that i always pay atttention to is the the way therefs call the game....here in memphis the refs tend to swallow their whistles but outside of the m the games are called more closer...in the first quarter the refs were letting them play but after that they started calling it tighter....good game and good showing from the superstars...i thought powell had a terrible game and looked confused at times...thad was a little passive after the third foul and it was good to see kemp step up when it counted the most.....it's just a shame we have to drive all the way to nashville to see those wonderful teams play.....

In MY OPINION it's going to come from west ten....u have the favorite bolivar, talented mitchell, solid haywood, young liberty, and raleigh E who has only lost one game...they all will beat each other up in the district and region and whoever walks out of the substate will be the champions,...

come on dudes...hands down....no way...i would pick thad young anyday...willie kemp is no slouch but thad can do everything better kemp but at a long 6'8...
