How did rockwood fill there holes. I ant seen them play this year and i know they had holes in right and at short when the duncan boy pitched. Who did they put there.

Going back to anything can happen in baseball. I wouldnt lock harriman in for a spot in the region, I know there is a 99.8% chance they are going 2 crush midway. But i dont think they have any pitching what so ever left. Cause the Smith boy threw monday, the big #15 tonight, and they have to save johnson i think for rockwood. So what are they left with? Who knows anything is possible in this great game. But Yea i think your right OS will take the travel to Rockwood and will prob get blasted. Harriman will go to coalfield witch has the makeings for one of the best games of the year. Its a toss up who wins it. But i will make a bold statement and say harriman wins it and will go on the road in sub state, cause from what i heard tonight the rockwood bats that we seen last year might be back. Hit to HRs last night and 2 more tonight.

You have to put Shane Doughty from Rockwood on the list. Can change a game with one swing, and has a rocket for a arm.

I dont think there is any such thing as a fluke, but i think you might have seen one tuesday night. Cause the tigers one last night 13-8, they swung the bats really good. But back to the fluke, Harriman won the first game by just slapping the ball around. Last night they hit the ball i think 10 times harder then tuesday night, and it was not enough to beat rockwood. ANd the tigers came out and played like they can and beat harriman. SO i will take the tigers in the region and be the team out of these two that makes it to the state.

Coalfield seen the real rockwood bats sat night, and it didnt turn out good. I think coalfield heads got big when they beat rockwood twice, they thought that they beat the real rockwood team twice. They found out sat night what the real rockwood team was like. They cant say it was because of there pitching cause there ace throw. ANd not to mention they seen rockwoods 4 or 5 who throw a 39 pitch shutout. SEND SOME MORE TEXT.

Rockwood has 28 or so with doughty leading the way with 11 i think.

coalfield is far from being the team to beat. This district is up 4 grabs, cause no1 in the district is really any good.

The Rockwood Tigers should have another good year. Return just about every1 including the whole pitching staff from last years state team. If the tigers can keep pep of the DL they should make a run at the tittle.

Rockwood has a few players that can play the game. Every1 knows daughty ended up with 18 homeruns last year. Duncan and Brezeale are 2 really good pitchers. Allen hits for a real high average.

Shane daughty from Rockwood, ended up with 18 last year. Can hit the ball out of anywhere he plays.

What kids in the state can smash the baseball.

My reasoning is, the non private schools have 2 work hard for 4 or 5 years 2 make a trip 2 the state. When the private schools can get whoever they want 2 play for them, and get there every year. Thats why all private schools need 2 have there own division.

What team has enough comming back 2 win the district and the region. I know Rockwood brings back just about the whole team, But harriman finished strong. WHOS YOUR PICS.

The non private schools dont have a chance, Cause they have 2 play 7 innings of non mistak ball. Casue last year i went and watched the single A tourny. ANd if there was not any private schools, rockwood or lookout valley would have one it. Instead they both got beat by private schools. Cause rockwood was the best non private school up there. They beat cascade with ease witch was at times the best single A team in the state. But then they get beat by the same private school twice. THE STATE IS NEVER GOING 2 BE FAIR INTILL ALL PRIVATE SCHOOLS ARE GONE. AND HAVE THERE ON TOURNY

The rockwood tigers should be at the state again this year. They lost 2 guys only 1 who played on a regular basis. They return the pitching staff, and will have cooper back who was out with injuries. Lost the catcher witch is a big big loss. But the big reason they will be back is because of the strong strong off. And they have the daughty kid comming back who had 18 dingers last year.

Im sorry scoutman but you messed up on this 1. Yea slusher might be a better creater, but if you take him off the court he is lost. Breazele can do it on the court, football and baseball field thats why slusher is not the better athlete.

I dont want 2 put no pressure on any1, but how this game goes all depends on the left arm of the tigers QB. Cause CAK is going 2 work all week to put a stop to the tigers running game. Every1 says you have 2 run to set up the pass, but it works the other way around to. Cause if the tigers cant pass CAK is going 2 put 8 or 9 guys in the box, and its going 2 be hard for the tigers running game 2 get going. THis game all comes down 2 the passing game of the tigers... Look for a lot of big plays from both teams, this is going 2 be a game full of highlights. I watched the game on tv and it is ashamed that know1 is actually just talking about the game, and giving the kids some credit. It was a great game from both teams, Let the coaches and tssaa worry about this problem. Both these teams just need 2 get ready 4 next week, and forget about friday night. Great job 2 both teams really good game. And every 1 is all over this topic, and football is not even these teams best sport.

I see alcoa making it 2 state, but i just dont know what they can do when they get there. Yea they have a great Qb and Rb and a fast D. But as soon as they get out of there weak region, they will find out they are teams that have better QB,Rb, and better Ds. They are good dont get me wrong, they are just not as good as they have been in the past. They should win with ease this week, but it is senior night 4 the tigers they will be ready 2 play. ALcoa by 17.

Alcoa should win this one big, But they shouldnt start looking ahead. Rockwood is a good football team. They have some good talent, That allen kid has more heart than any1 i have seen in a long time, and the tigers have a dec pass attack. But alcoas running and D is strong, have a lot of speed. And prob the best QB around. Alcoa will win but shouldnt look past the tigers.
