  1. We are looking at the possibility of a full time golfing head coach at Tullahoma High School this fall. Any interested parties please contact eyeeyecaptain@lighttube.com
  2. We are looking at the possibility of filling our head coaching position for men and women's Golf at Tullahoma High School with a full time coach. If interested then please contact my email at eyeeyecaptain@lighttube.net
  3. I personally spoke with Coach Hatcher prior to leaving the gym and he did not mention any lost and found area behind the concession stand. He is the one that said that there had been reports of several items missing from the stands. I am waiting on werazzlin to let me know if my item was found? We appreciate Beech putting together the tournament to kick off the season!
  4. There were several thefts today at the Beech Preseason Tournament! There were jackets and other apparel missing that was in the stands. Its a shame this happens, but I thought since the season was just starting everyone should be warned!
  5. Steven Coffelt from Tullahoma High School should be included on any list in the midstate
  6. I was very impressed with the professionalism and calm leadership of Hunter's Lane head coach Matthew Clay. The team represented Region 7 very well! Tullahoma looked on fire today and was not to be denied their 3rd consecutive trip to the Tennessee State Duals. Congratulation to the senior captain's last home match Wesley Foutch 119, Michael McChesney 140, Trevor Schmit 145, and Brett Gregory 171. This was supposed to be a rebuilding year with young wrestlers and 2 brand new coaches. Good Luck Tullahoma in Clarksville!
  7. I thought we were wrestling Region 5 Duals tonight Wednesday with weigh in at 4pm and wrestle at 5pm at Blackman?
  8. 1. Grissom, Al 2. Notre Dame 3. Collierville 4. Tullahoma 5. Dalton, Ga 6. Siegel 7. Houston 8. Bolton
  9. The last time this appropriate middle school wrestling site on Coach T was used was Jan 2008! Not much traffic here to promote the product.
  10. As long as you are weight certified prior to the Tullahoma Rumble Pancake Breakfast, all is good!
  11. Your prediction was right on Hammerman! What a great night to win the Coffee Pot back in the last year of our "condemned stadium". Our team sure isn't condemned! Hope your son heals that knee up quick to be ready for Warren Co!
  12. Our coach from last year for Tullahoma was Wayne Otto and he went even further south to Cherokee Co a suburb of Atlanta. At least he will have another option... Coca Cola to drink in Atlanta! Now with Head Coach Ronnie Bray in place we feel that we have the best of both worlds the camaraderie of Jimmy Miller and the intensity of Wayne Otto. This is all good for Region 5 and only strengthens the competition between Tullahoma and Blackman. We are having a Team Takedown summer camp July 9th - July 12th with UTC assistant head coach Israel Silva and All American Cody Cleveland. There will be 2 sessions 9am-12 and 3-6pm. Cost is $75 and reservations can be made at www.thswrestling.com
  13. Coach Wayne Otto will be missed at Tullahoma as we expected him to have a long tenure here. He is going to Cherokee Co High School in Metro Atlanta and wish him all the luck in the world! Yes we just welcomed new head coach Ronnie Bray and another assistant Steve Britain to go along with Jeff Lester. The T-Town Rumble individual tournament will still be held in November and the Tullahoma Duals in December. You can expect them to be better than ever with our new wrestling staff.
  14. We had Ronnie Carter speak to our Rotary Club in Tullahoma today and he responded to the double elimination question by it could only occur with 16 man brackets. Also TSSAA intends to keep D1 and D2 together and not lengthen the State Tourney even by 4 hours at the beginning of the tournament. The only way to approach a smaller bracket would be through a substate or sectionals. Even with this information he does not sound too interested in changing the format.
  15. You are so good at these statistics Star Raider! Can you list the number of medals by region also. Thank you!
  16. Would someone describe the scoring of a tournament where individual wrestlers compete for a team total like the GP West Tournament this weekend?
  17. Why was Patton wrestling 189 instead of 215? He looked healthy despite the word around the mat that he was sick and had lost 10lbs. He even took the normal 189 wrestlers spot and bumped him up to 215. Looks like he is avoiding Cody Quick, but then again I don't think anyone wants to go against Quick! I've never seen wrestling coaches like Blackman raising their hands to the crowd. The Tullahoma scorer had it 42-34. It was worth the drive up to Murfressboro. This excitement will only make Region 5 stronger!
  18. How did this girls tournament come out? What were the results matcat or Max Gessler?
  19. Lets see the complete final results for both the Freshmen and the Sophomores not each individual program!
  20. Aproximately 4 years ago I saw a father run onto the mat during a future champions event (age 9-10 years) in Scotsboro, Alabama and bump an opponet out of the way. He has been a wrestling referee and thought his child was in an illegal headlock that was not being called potentially causing injury. Security was involved but I don't know what the consequences were for this outrageous behavior.
  21. Tony Tolbert (Red Bank) is not in the 112lb bracket Division 1
  22. Do you mean at the Region Tournament at Warren Co? What are your intentions with a picture of Morgan Abrigo? If we have permission from his mother then I have pictures of the match which she asked me to photograph.
  23. Tullahoma - 243 Oakland - 157 Warrern Co -142 Riverdale -124 Blackman -109 siegel -108 Coffee Co-60 Lincoln Co -56.5 Forrest-45 Franklin Co--37
