Ken McDonald. The reasons are simple. Look at FRA's history before he came. Never made it out of district for girls. THe last three years-State Quarters, State Champs, State Runners-up. Pretty solid in a stacked district too. On the guys side, 3 state tourney appearances in the last 4 years, pretty solid also. Yes, he was my coach, but I truly believe he is the best coach in TN, so im putting him here. You see my reasons. Plus he is a great man and you will learn more about yourself than you will from most other people you meet combined.

Two things. Im sorry, but insano I have to correct you on BHS' second vaulters name. Its Beth Kvochak. Its a toughie, Im dating her and I have messed it up before. Secondly, mystery hurdler, Ms. Davies is in DII at BA so she is no threat to BHS, but yes, watch in the hurdles, she will tear it up.

David Lipscomb has run a 7:57 in the 4x800. It was pretty impressive to see. Its been a long time since someone has run that fast in A/AA

Past games dont matter, let the teams decide it on the field to see who deserves to be there and who is the best. There is no use comparing schedules b\c each game is different and was maybe played a different style than if the two teams had player eachother.
