Here is a thought, why not let the players on the team vote for a player { or players ] on their team and in their district, I belive about all the players in each district know the girls on the other teams. I know the coaches already have plenty of things to take care. We know stats do not always tell the whole story, but in some cases that all the coaches have to go on. Also stats can be written any way one wants them. If the players vote, it would give the coaches more information to make their choices, { JUST A IDEA }

I do not have a daughter in high school, so i do not have a dog in the fight There is no reason for me to favor any team. I do watch a lot of the high school games. I also know lots of the players on most of the high school teams. The girls i was speaking of, all but one , coach is a member. The thing i do not understand is, how a girl makes the list one year and her stats from top to bottom are better than the last year,but dont make the list, and a team mate makes the list, but her stats are a liitle lower from the last year and she still makes the list, I am not picking any one school, I have noticed this from a few of the schools, Everone knows, sat, gpa, club and coumity involement plus sports stsa, shows good on profiles. If supporting all the girls is complaining, then i guess i am, All i would like to see is for all to get their fair shot to be on this list if their coach is a member. { just what i see and know } { TRAVEL BALL ROCKS }

I think you are right coachd. there were players not on this list, that deserve to be. I haven watched players that has out performed a few of the players on these list. I am not saying the girls on these list are not very good players I hope politics is not getting to this. because some of these girls need to be looked at by scouts also. I belive thats why they play travel ball so they can be seen reguadless. If i offend anyone, SORRY, just telling what i see and know.

I know catchers , that can make all the throws and them be right on the mark. The coaches have the confidence in them to give them the green light. The catcher can not do the pick offs, or throw out the girl stealing if the SS. first base. or third base player is not there. I know some coaches call passed balls or balls in the dirt a wild pitch. I think it will be hard to compare catchers or stats, because coaches figure their stats different. Stats can be written down to make any player look good, but the truth is always there, If the stats are higher than the player can play. she might have a very hard time playing at that level in college. [ Just a opinion and what i see ]

THE QUESTION HERE IS... HOW LONG DO YOU WANT TO BE A CATCHER. ONLY YOU KNOW HOW BAD IT HURTS, REMEMBER PAIN GOES AWAY, HURT STAYS WITH YOU,. ALSO WILL YOU HELP OR HURT THE TEAM IF YOU CAN NOT DO YOU JOB, ASK YOURSELF THIS, I THINK YOU WILL COME UP WITH THE RIGHT ANSWER

There is seveal high schools in middle tennesse that never finish very well in the season. But have one or two A players on their team. The A players always stand out and its obivous they get upset because the simple plays are not made, If not for summer ball, there would be no way they would ever get seen by scouts or colleges. I know several of them, all of them tell there is now way they would move just to be on the hot shot teams. the biggest reason for not moving is , because these are my friends and i grew up with most of them. I coach several of these girls in summer ball, you can see it in their eyes, they are ready to play at the A level with A level players.

I have been around girls fast pitch for more than 25 years. I have seen about ever type of coaching there could be. The question i alway ask myself, What does it take for me to be more productive as a player or coach. I think no two people are alike and everyone responds to different kind of treatment. As a coach , i have tried to learn each player and what it takes to get them to stay postive in their game. Some players need a pat on the back, some need for you to get in their face. but as long as they are learning , it has to be a good thing, I think most people have to work for a living, If your boss screams at you and embarrasses you in front of the people working with you, Hows does your day go,

I have watched these two teams go at it for years, I do belive this was the most exciting game i have seen these two teams play in years. You could feel the tension in the air. Both pitchers worked hard doing their job [ Lauren.// kk]. The big time hitters on both teams steped up and done their job. I have known players on both teams for years. Makes me feel good to watch them grow up and be able to play at this level.

Like in any tournement, there will be people that are not happy or pleased with results. Everyone knows there is so much politics that has sneaked into this sport, that it can make you wonder about some of the results, I know the the dad [ kksdad ] thats giving you this information . His daughter played in this tourney and had a very good weekend, but his daughters name is not on the all tourney list. If he was gona play the politics in this tourney, now would have been the time,

At the high school level. The team with the most errors takes the loss, reguardless how good the pitching, catching, or hitting is. Stats seem to show this about every time.

It came down to East Robertson ans DCA.. East robertson came out hitting the ball very well. Came out with a huge win. Good job coach/,,
