you must not have been at the same game as me then, because i saw mac get handled by 67 and only 67. but i doubt that mba would do that and even if they sent it to colleges it was to show that 67 is a good player if he was able to do wat he did to the almighty mcadoo

financial aid will help but u will pay for some. put as many as u want in the box...antioch did the same thing and u saw wat happened to them...be prepared to get your feelings hurt

We all know that if he's that big, he can't be a good student. Come on. Actually, the 6'5 315 pound kid has a 3.7 GPA at one of the top, if not the top, academic schools in TN. and really if he didnt have the grades he would either be somewhere else or not playin on friday nights. and about the "zone" bulldog69...private schools have no zones and any kid can apply. one kid from lavergne, heck of an athlete, applied for mba...he had all the tools, speed(4.3 40 and 10.6 100m) quickness power and strength, and he didnt get accepted. so really anyone and everyone that plays for mba are students first...scholar comes before athlete in the motto. FYI

with vinsang and bartholomew in the backfield i wonder how INDY will stop them if they can't jus stop one guy even though Jordan is a real good running back. but i wonder how INDY will like the double dose of speed and power from both backs

i mean i understand wat ur sayin donathan, and mayb i have gone overboard with my prediction. but i kno some people from goodpasture and they say that their line isn't as good as it has been in the past and with that, since they forced it to go into overtime it makes me think that their defense isn't good enough to stop a big running back with a good O-line...that's jus my opinion

looks like BA will dominate ravenwood, unless they show up with the same team from last yr

rich tompkins had a high ankle sprain...nathan wade and chris geer the 2 starting safeties from last yr both tore their ACL's in the 2nd and 3rd games last yr

Antioch @ MBA should be a good one

yea they all did well...austin bennet(qb), joseph sloan(te) and nathan wade(db) also did great. wade and vinsang both did great with coach bryant and bennet showed his great arm and sloan showed his great hand. being one of the smaller LBs knight was one of the top LBs at the camp

lost all our starting d-line, but the new starters all got plenty of playin time last yr...so their pretty experienced. olbs same as d-line except for a couple of new faces

yea, i know what you're saying. tompkins and wade both played defense...only wade returns as a strong safety. hopefully our linebackers knight and bartholomew can step it up big time this year and shut down the inside. they both got alot better since last year we all saw that in spring practice. proof of all this will be shown in the scrimmages in august and we have a 7on7 tournament at vandy later in the week, so we'll see

yea that was a terrible game for us, but then again the breakout players were all injured...tompkins,howe,mcneily and wade were all out with season ending injuries. hopefully this year we wont suffer from the injury bug and really show wat we can do.

all the scrimmages are at MBA except the Franklin scrimmage...im not sure of the times but im guessing the Franklin scrimmage would be around 7. and by the way redtwin, MBA opens the season with Antioch on Aug 24

MBA has 4 scrimmages this fall.... Riverdale-Aug 3 Goodpasture-Aug 7 Smyrna-Aug 10 Franklin-Aug 17(at night)

are you serious?!!! Ensworth better than MBA???? maybe a LITTLE bit better than the JV team, but no where near as good as MBA's varsity team. you can't name one guy on Ensworth's team that can match up with anyone on MBA's team. of course you're about to say Jefferson, who did hav a good season last year, but against no-named teams and team that had players partially blind(so i heard)...your statement is really ridiculous IMO

preston bailey(ol) alfonza knight(lb) ben bartholomew(lb) ej vinsang(cb) nathan wade(s) just to name a few, all these players could go both ways-as you saw bailey and bartholomew do this past season. all five of these guys can lead mba to a state championship
