NOOOOO....its not a big game....huntingdon and westview...yes its a big game.....two teams that could win a shakey region thats full of great teams.....nobody is gona travel over a hundred miles to see LC vs. UC....chris donald is something to watch.....

yea, hes even with every other RB in the stats now...if u looked in the SUN today u wud kno that....hes played an extra game compared to some people who didnt play in week 0......he had a good week last week........against halls....hes a great running back dont get me wrong but dont talk him up before he does somthin....like say....out do the Obion game from last year which was an all offensive game i might add.... milans D is gona be alot better than halls was...O and if he does have a good night again this week....... why dont the GC people make sure they call in the stats to the SUN for saturdays paper

this is true that nothing beats a friday night when the lights are on and the stands are full...............but i think just the atmosphere when ur not playing on these nights can be even better....especially when the seasons start changin and it starts coolin off and it gets darker earlier....nothin beats this time of the year...wheter it be high school, college or pros...this is a great time of the year

im all up for an upset but all milan has to do, which coach morris is a very smart man, is figure out one thing: #1- Vincent cant throw the ball very well, therefore he wont have to worry much on the passing game, which leads to #2 #2-GC is gona run the ball right?? haha....thats all they can do...what does coach morris have planned?? i agree that you play to win but what say u gota senior who was back up to a guy who just graduated and he has some experience and then u got a fresh or soph that has potential to be a great QB..would u start the senior just because hes stuck behind the other guy and give him a chance or do u start the other kid, get him experience.... i wud start the young guy and get him experience..and what some coaches dont push durin the summer is sendin em to camps to learn....so i wud start the younger kid and send him to as many camps as possible....the older guy isnt gona help the chances no more than the young kid will so go with young

ha.....dont over look these guys...fayette ware is no joke this year....they have the speed....their d is ok but they have a potent offense that can score in many ways.... gohawks...id focus on this week and worry bout FW when that week comes up

i picked humboldt in this game...i know dresden has a good team but i think humboldt pulls this one out..look for hewitt and donald to have around 150 or 175 yards rushing... Humboldt-28 Dresden- 17

Kind of curious...do you people think letting a kid start at qb as a fresh or soph and gettin play time would help build a better signal caller...just curious because i see these teams who start a senior as a first time starter at the position and they have young guys backing him up who may need the chance to play and get experience....i know some teams put the best athelete back there and if they arent handing it off they are running boot leg keepers......................... i want some feed back

yea...so ill go on and say it because i made a comment......this is a new year and gc doesnt have the talent this year to pull out an upset of this magnitud....i wudnt even call the westview game last year an upset....it all depends on who shows up to play this week.....and traditionaly milan tends to show up and play game after game.....to bad we cant say that bout other teams in this area

some from west tn..........fayette wares RB "bonner" i think, hes a great all around back, he can run the heck out of the ball, split em out and heck burn ne db.....Perry from Crockett county, Cunningham from Gibson County is a good back.....im sure theres more from the west

i was at this game..i agree that with cunnigham in this game it may have been closer but FWs speed would have been too much for Gibson....but that weeks over and Gibsons gota focus on milans speed.....

i say first quarter or two will be a shoot out if antone gets off to a good start....but i say milan wins by 3 or 4 tds..... i can remember the last time a gc team slipped up and beat a milan team who thought they was unbeatable...2001 GC v. milan....except it was a baseball game lol

i dont kno too much about the munford story except from what ive read on here but i dont think it matters where or why a kid changes schools.....as long as they move and nothing is being paid for it doesnt matter...some one else was talkin bout dyer co and kids from lake co goin to dc......if i lived in LC and could go to DC i would go in a heart beat.....DC has a tradition of being good in the past...may not be this year but they have been good in the past....

i like the parents who think their child is 100x better than ne one else.....but the other that gets me is the parent who knows nothing about the game and then accuses a player of being the reason the team lost.... for instance i watched a game last season and i witnessd two parents talkin about the QB for their team bein the reason they lost.....it wasnt the fact their son didnt go all out all game or dropped 4 or 5 passes that could have made a difference...... i think there should be a class for parents before the season starts to inform them on how the game is played and that its a TEAM EFFORT.....cause some of these parents dont kno jack bout football except for what they watch occasionally on sat and sunday

ive been watchin this game... these teams didnt really show me much...obviously to be No. 2 and 5 in the nation they have to be really really good but glades looked sloppy....it could have been nerves...there was a couple players in the game that showed me something...byrnes qb has commited to clemsen and the safety for glades has committed to a D 1 school... just curius to what everyone else thought bout this game............

the starting QB on this show is still at hoover....John parker is his brother...... i liked the show....hoover is awesome...i thought it was funny when the coach was explaining to the mom that sick or not the kid has to be at practice...obviously her son doesnt want to play that bad or she doesnt understand the dedication that some players have.......to have a kid at practice sick as a dog....as a coach that would let me kno i had kids that wanted to win and want to get better....thats somethin some schools around here dont have

i dont kno about hs but i had to help run the chain gang at a previous college and we were told to drop em and get the heck out of the way.....i think this is a stupid rule....if nething they shud move the players back six feet and give room for the CG and coaches to move....i realize that some sidelines arent that big but its more important for the CG to have room than for the schools 4th string ball boy to stand right on the sideline and not move................

im gona pick CC in this game....didnt see tonights game but the cavs seem to have a powerful offense..especially havein massey back and healthy again.... my early pic is CC over the rebels by 2 tds
