Best Student Section in the State!

yea we talked about goin and cheering on ridgeway but i dunno $10 for a non Siegel game is tough...thanks for the props gomab, now you guys don't think we are just a bunch of talkers like everyone else

and about Bolivar's crowd...seemed everywhere i went when i came in all I saw was Bolivar people...very impressed

we travel as good as any team in the state we're just not as loud as we used to be. i liked it better when we were underdogs but now that we know we are supposed to win its hard to get as excited as we did back in the day....you can expect us to have more people tommorow. yall can come and get a seat in the sea of green tomorrow and watch Willie work his magic....one more win and its a repeat baby!!!!!

The best section today will be the Hardeman County Tigers (Bolivar & Middleton). Bolivar will probably be there for us, and I know Middleton will stay for Bolivar, unless something really strang happen to our game.

 

Does anyone know Bolivar come home tonight? I think Middleton is.

Bolivar did bring a crowd...they were swarming everywhere when I walked in right after their game. could only imagine the crowd siegel would bring if they had made it

Btown, great turnout by Bolivar as well... It's still so weird to me to see such a great turnout for Bolivar and Haywood, yet nothing for JNS; I just don't get it.

they were probably the worst student section i have ever seen...they try and be loud with the dumbest things to say and try and pick fights but when they get outside they get police escorts to help them to their cars.....plus they live in mufreesboro so of course they are going to have the most people in attendance...

 

too bad these games werent at viking hall...then you will see a student section

 

i was dissapointed, especially since all the trash they talked and didnt back up afterwards

LOL...I take it you were one of the 5 THS players sitting down on the other end....coming from the team who surrounded our principal and others in the parking lot.... thumb funny you wait til 4 people are away from everyone else to go talk...why not come over during the game or before or even right after??? have to wait until after the game in the parking lot where you see the ones by themselves...kids like you are what makes society what it is...pitiful and trashy

Before the game on Thursday myself and friend of mine were walking around on the track level and we ran into a group of THS students who started taunting us and saying some pretty obscene things. I didn't see any of our guys trying to pick fights, but that group of guys seemed to have that on their minds when they were yelling at me

ya know its funny people would think we would start fights because of the amount of people we have and how vocal we are...but its not the case in all altercations this year in Siegel games it has been opposing teams who try to start things...Siegel fans know how to show class and keep it on the court....sad thing is most other people don't know how to do that

I think that part of the reason that not many fans are there for Ridgeway is that it is Memphis City Schools Spring Break. A lot of the Ridgeway population goes out of town (the beach, Washington, D.C., New York, etc.) Parents have planned their Spring Break months in advance....it is very unfortunate for the Ridgeway basketball team because I know there would be more people there except they are out of town and won't be coming in til tonight or tomorrow!!! Nevertheless, we are pulling for them and listening on radios and thank GOD for CELL PHONES!!!!!

Good grief, are you kidding me? You are a complete moron.

 

That comment^^ was completely wrong in all aspects. The police were there to keep the ths fans from trying to pick fights with us. We would probably take more than half of the people that were there to memphis, chattanooga, wherever the game is, and i am SURE that you guys have a GREAT student section at viking hall thumb ...stop crying because you lost and give it up.

 

Good luck Ridgeway, if you hit shots like you did last night you'll take state.

I don't know about Siegel,because I didn't go till Saturday...But the best crowd support yesterday was for the Hardeman Co.Tigers...Specfically Bolivar....It was awesome to see that kind of support for a program..I think in the end the sixth man is what brought them the inspiration to win....God Bless Willie Kemp's mom..I think her story was and is an inspirational testament to a mother's love for her son...

 

I just wish the dude doing the Y.M.C.A. thing would have done it during the Bolivar-Raleigh-Egypt game it would have gotten a lot better reception....

 

Was very diappointed in Peabody's and Jax N-S's crowd.....
