You're both morans!!!! NO doubt you have forgot about Beech.

The guys will rise to the top just like the girls did this fall and knock the mighty HHS off the top of the hill.

So it's Beech #1 and the rest of you can fight it out.

My 2 cents:

1. HHS - solid wins so far (Collierville, Franklin, Wilson, Henry) and going down to Parkview (GA) [best soccer in Southeast] will season them for the run to state, will make finals

2. SC - beat Livingston, White House, won 4 scrimmages (3 against AAA teams), tied Gallatin, will win sectional

3. PJPII - hasn't shown much yet but look for quality wins in future, will win sectional

4. Beech - 3 wins against weaker teams, may get better towards end of season

5. Portland - has played superior teams close, will get stronger, will win second in region

6. Gallatin - not up to par this year, will be a hard season for them

7. White House - no wins, lost to two AA schools (SC, Springfield)

8. Merrol Hyde - not playing varsity schedule (only 8-10th graders), but have beaten Mt Juliet Christian (who played mostly JV), Macon Co. (varsity), and White House JV, will be tough in two years

Of course this is an early analysis - anything can happen!

I'd say it's pretty accurate... might move Gallatin up a bit. Might put JP2 over SC. SC has improved but their regular season schedule is weak and they've already lost to weak opponents. Not much offensive punch. You take away a bad performance HHS had against Ryan and they are undefeated after playing Franklin, Collierville, Clarksville and beating them all badly. Clearly they are second maybe and only to Brentwood in their division in mid TN. They have improved dramatically. I have seen most of the teams play at least part of a game.

I'll agree with "Itis...." JPII appears to have a tougher schedule playing the DII schools that have good programs already established. SC is just getting better as the year go on. Their defense is a seasoned group and just as tough as HHS, which should result in many shutouts or 1 goal against games. They better enjoy their success now because they will eventually become an AAA team as this area continues to grow. Top three are HHS, SC then JPII.

Good luck to all the teams this season
