I don't know if he's the "best" in the state, but he's extremely good--Mike Pierce of Knoxville Catholic.

Mark McWatters for Father Ryan should be mentioned as one of the best goalies who has one great save after another.

I agree. Mark Mcwatters is definitely one of the best, solid keepers I have ever seen. He has superb technique, great athleticism, and the will to be the driving force for Father Ryan. A great leader and a good keeper all in one is defnitely "all-state" material.

i think that nick glover for usj is one of the better keepers in tenn. i would say he is the best but there are days when he is just not on. but when he is on there is no one better.

Im going to have to disagree with that. Nick was decent for USJ but when we played him, he was out of position ALOT. We scored on him with shots that shouldnt have gone in. He has great size but pretty poor positioning. This is what I saw from last year though, he may have improved and I dont mean this in disrespect. He is still a good goalie.
