Oneida will be pretty good this year IMO if coach wampler can turn things around. He is one of the best coaches around hands down. Anyone who can take a team who has never had a winning season and take them to the playoffs is one heck of a man in my books. I just hope he does good things for them this year. But I also hope CC does better without him.

I know for a fact who the strongest are at Oneida, Im not gonna name names, but when you have freshman who average squat around 250lbs then your doin something right, Or maybe the coach before them was doin right?
