Honestly, stop using the two hurdles thing as a crutch. For goodness sake, if you want to use more hurdles, just make them. For the first two years I trained I used hurdles out of PVC pipe. I'm sorry that you do not have the same facilities as everyone else, but I'm sure there are teams that are far worse off. Congratulations if you are beating all of the people in your region, but you might find yourself surprised at State.

yeah ths is lavoy and i ran that 16.5 i guess you can say thats slow but not slow if the only thing you had to practice with is two hurdles and a gravel track agree....

j/w , because i was wonderin who my boy from lenore city will be runnin against. i don't think he will have any competition.

Boys I have news for you I dont know if you have looked at the A/AA middle region but they have 3 guys under 16 in the 110s

 

1 Skaggs, Anderson Martin Luther King HS TN 15.21 10

2 Beavers, K.J. Goodpasture Christian School 15.33 8

3 Thompson, Brent Page High School 15.93 6

 

So yeah 16s would be slow I guess
