What if the Pistons...

I know there is alot of people wondering, what would that Pistons be like if they drafted Carmelo Anthony instead of Darko? What would of happen if we heard, with the second pick in the 2003 draft the Detriot Pistons select Carmelo Anthony, from Syracuse University. If they drafted 'Melo would they have gotten 'Sheed? Would Tayshaun be starting? Would McDyess be the starting forward? Would the Pistons be the defending NBA champs? Well here is how I see it, and feel free to argue with me. No, the Detriot Pistons wouldn't have a ring, No, Tayshaun wouldn't be starting, he would be on the bench, waiting to be rediscovered. 'Sheed would have still been in either Atlanta or who knows, still causing trouble, but know he has a championship, and is now 1 of my fav. players.

McDyess would be starting power forward, he would be doing fairly well. Carmelo would be taking alot of shots, and teamwork and defense in Detriot would be a mystery. Thats how i see it, how do u see. And by the way..GO PISTONS!! BEAT SPURS!!

I dont see how you could say they wouldnt have a ring, because in my opinion, a major reason they have that ring is because of Larry Brown, the man is proven, he has won everywhere he has coached! The man is like the Bobby Cox of Basketball, sometimes he doesnt have the best talent, but somehow just keeps on winning! I think Brown is the glue to that team, the players like him and respect him and they play hard for him, night in and night out!

They have won a ring wihout him,and playing fora second,Melo would not have fit in at Detroit,they play team defense,he does not play defense.
