Catfish it seems as if you know a lot about football but are you sure about the MC and Clarksville 2 quaters? Clarksville took a beating by Cheatham Co. and did not look good at all. Could not stop anyone and good not move the ball at all. I don't think they moved past the 50 did they?

You were right when you said that Cheatham Co. was pretty good, but Clarksville is not a bad football team. The Wildcats return 8 starters to a defense that was solid last year, especially in the postseason matchups with McGavock and Franklin. I think the kids will check their pride at the door of the field house tomorrow afternoon and Friday night they'll look like a completely different football team when Mont. Cent. lines up against 'em. Offensively they need to find a running game.

The time is almost here.  Two more days.  How will Kenwood do against Cheatham?  I think they will win.  I think Clarksville wil win as well as Rossview and Moore Co.

The Rossview game will be a close on and Harpeth may pull it out.

What about week one games?

Clarksville loses to Antioch by 3

any others?

You mean Moore Co. my friend. Macon Co. is playing at Trousdale Co. this week.

It wouldn't hurt my feelings one bit if Kenwood destroyed the Cubs. Last year in the jamboree Cheatham Co. crushed Rossview and that made them think that they were better than what they really were. That over confidence almost got them beat, and it quite frankly should have done so, against a solid Davidson Academy bunch in week one.

I just don't want the Cubs thinking that they are world beaters after the way they handled Clarksville last week. It would really be an embarrassment to open the season with high hopes and turn around and lose to a county rival like Harpeth.
