yeah we gotta learn how to finish the job but we will it's a good bunch of kids and a good bunch of coaches hopefully we'll getin the playoffs and make some noise. you be there fri night?

The guy at Smith Co. would be Jimmy Maynord. And he has been around seen it all. Played QB in college at TTU and has turned out to be one of the best Defensive minds in the state. Fulton. Maynord IMO ranks right up there with the best coaches in the state. Jimmy has surrounded himself with some quality people in the asst coaches area. And he would be the first to tell you with out them his teams would not be as successful. GO NEEDLE

 

So whats his record against Satterfield, If you wanna know who the best are you need to look at playoff records.

I second that. He wins year after year and for the most part, without exceptional talent.

If you want win and loss, Mike Lunsford at Hampton is 136 and 40. With JC Mike ,Doug Phillips and several other hard working coaches,this is a great staff. This area don,t have the most talented kids ,but they are tough enough to make solid football players out of them. Alot of these so called best coaches has talent all over the field, but the really great coaches are the ones who have to get things done the hard way.
