East vs. West, 5A vs. 4A, or will this be two teams struggle in the heat of the day? Looks as if both teams are going to give all they have, but what are the chances of an upset. Yes, William Blount should be the favorite, because of their east tennessee tradition. What are your thoughts on this game that will be played at 2 on Saturday?

Can't "crow" until we have something to crow about. If the Govs drop this one, it's gonna be a deep hole to dig out of. The Gov's looked like the New England Patriots on their first two possessions against Sevier County. After that, they wilted for some reason.

 

Hopefully, everything comes together tomorrow. Lots of talent in skill positions. We'll see.

 

P.S. Best news lately is Carpenters Middle School team. Beat Maryville 28 - 8 on Monday night, and knocked off Lake Forest (out of Cleveland) last night. Heritage Middle looks good this year as well, which I believe bodes well for the county schools ... if we can keep our good players in the county !!!
