After a heart breaking loss to the 4-A Johnson Co. Longhorns (16-12), The Bulldogs of Hampton will travel to Jellico,Tn, In thier First Confrence game of the season to face off with the Jellico Blue Devils coming off a loss to Williamsburg, Ky.

 

Hampton made too many mistakes in the game agianst Johnson Co. which costed them the win. But on paper stat wise Hampton did better, with more first downs, passing yards and rushing yards combining 298 total yards. Now the Dogs are very hungry for a win ...

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR OPINION ON THIS GAME?

Hampton should run away with this game. There is no team in their 1A region that can play with them. So the Bulldogs need to just get ready and stay sharp for Greenback, Coalfield, and region 2. The only weakness that I see for the Bulldogs is their offensive line. If they can toughen up on the line, they will be a force to be reckoned with down state.

I think there is a possibility that it could be a fairly close game against cloudland. Cloudland is a team who improves more and more as the season goes along. Do i think Cloudland will win? no, i'm just trying to give them a little credit, but mark my words it will Not be a blow out, if hampton comes in thinking it will be.... they could in for a rude awakening.

It dosen't matter what King or any body else says on here, what matters happens on the field!!! King talks sh^t becuase he is scared

 

 

so i really dont give flying squat what people say anymore........

 

Hampton will be a totally differant Football squad come next game and all the rest

You can not look this in the face and "whoo!" cause any ounce of intimidation whatsoever. I'm looking forward to this game. Last year, we told Unaka they would get hurt, and they got hurt. We said that we would win the Regional title, and we won the Regional title. What I'm getting at is this elite family has the distinction of doing exactly what they say they are going to do. So learn to live with it, learn to love it, because we're gonna be here for a long long time. whoo! :)

You know folks, the king, storm, or what ever he wants to go by reminds me of and old wrinkled up rock star that everyone has forgotten and still wants the limelight. An ex-jock standing on the wwwfenceline that can't face that the Highlanders might finish 2nd in the region this year and after that its over....Every time a topic that involves Hampton or another Region 1 1A team is started this guy or guys comes on tooting the "Lander" horn in shameless redundant overtones. Tisk, Tisk, "oh' for the good ol' days when people looked at me and I was real and not just virtual unreality." :D:D:(

 

BTW this topic is Hampton vs Jellico so get out of the way Mick Jagger and let Rricky Martin vs LL Cool Jay talk their game!!!!! :rolleyes:

      Looks like everybody's favorite dad is on the move again. Mount Juliet, BA, LIpscomb, Ensworth and now some lucky(?) school in Carolina as the "preacher" has taken a job with the Carolina Panthers. His snow continues to fall.

      I’ve known a few players who went through TKA, and the only problem is the line, like athletes up there are easy to come by. There’s been great athletes came through TKA. It’s just they can never find a line and the ones they do aren’t that good.

      Pretty sure it’s the school he is zoned for, but TKA wasn’t sure if they were going to have a football team this upcoming season, like a months ago. A lot of the good players hit the hay, mainly to GP, but a few went to Concord, which is a school in Knoxville, making a lot of questionable promises, and the rest just went back home to places like Clinton, South Doyle, Seymour, etc.
