theghost20
How did cookeville look? 825730616[/snapback] They had only 1 unforced error in our match and no serving errors. They played VERY well. Tall - athletic - a VERY strong team.

bd4vols
I enjoyed my visit to Oak Ridge yesterday, even though i probably lost 10 pounds in the sweatbox, umm I mean gym. It was hot in there. I was impressed by several teams and the play was very good at times. The Anderson County-Clinton match was one for the ages and very entertaining. Clinton had AC beat 2-3 times but the Mavs kept coming back. I was impressed with both AC and William Blount. WB didn't make many mistakes at all. Good setter and a couple of good hitters. AC looks as good as always and I really like the outside hitter (#21 i think). She almost single-handedly beat WB in their pool match. Oak Ridge looks good early and I like the big middle. I was impressed also with the play of Baylor and Catholic. Baylor came back from a huge deficit in game one to beat Oak Ridge in 2. LaVergne Results: Losses to: William Blount (21-25,17-25) Anderson Co. (24-26,22-25) Dobyns-Bennett (19-25,21-25) Wins over: Clinton (25-13. 23-25, 15-1) South Doyle (25-12,25-19) DB put us out in the silver Semis. Oak Ridge and Webb were in a heated match on the court 2 when we packed it in. Edited August 29, 2005 by bd4vols
ComPassion
Congrats to Baylor. I dig that Scoggins #3 had more digs than kills, not bad for 6' 1 1/2".
