With several district games being played tonight, we will get a good feel for how the district will be shaping up. The game that has the most impact is the Cheatham/Sycamore game. If Sycamore is on then they win by 15. This should be the game for second in the district. Good luck War Eagles.

Sycamore is going to win tonight and is going to show everyone in the district who is on top. Harpeth don't be to sure that you're #1! We didn't lose anyone to graduation. Ellis is gone. We have everyone back plus some players that were injured last year plus a good group of freshmen.

Tonight we take care of Cheatham! Next week we take out Harpeth. Sycamore is going to be the district champs. We are to deep and have to many weapons for anyone in the district, and with the way Lil Ellis played the other night we are going to be good for several years.

Well it is official sycamore gets a different idiot on this site every week started out with gatoradedrinkinmachine, sycamorecounty08, afrowearinman, and you. The only thing you said that was right was ellis is good and well shes from harpeth. Our coach wasnt thinking straight and went for his friends kid.

Cheatham Lady Cubs beat the Sycamore Lady War Eagles tonight 33-32.

Hey rednecktiger, your 7th place pick looks good now. You pick basketball games like Waverly plays football :thumb:

People want to pick against Carr's Lady Cubs every year and like I always have said in the past he is a great coach. Cheatham's girls will never be bad as long as he is pacing the sidelines.

Fairview will finish ahead of Stewart Co. and I see them finishing 3rd or 4th in this new district. Very good shooting team and plays great defense. I reffed there camp this summer and Stewart Co. was beaten by Fairview by 30 plus in two games.

Well I told ya so. Fairview comes out with an impressive 55-26 win over Stewart Co. Fairview moves to 6-0 on the year.

The Cheatham/Sycamore game was sloppy, but very entertaining. Sycamore had every chance to win this game. Big game experiece proved to be the difference. Sycamore led pretty much from the get go, but Abby Lawson willed her team back into it and hit a free throw to win it for Cheatham with about 1 second remaining in the game. Sycamore missed numerous open layups that could have ended the streak that Cheatham has going over them. Lawson scored 28 of Cheatham's 33 points. Sycamore will learn to win these close games. They have some talent, but last night Cheatham found a way to get the job done.
