After gettinig the Robertson County Times today to read the sports and noticed what an accomplishment has occured in this little "country" county of Robertson County.

Out of the only five Robertson County high schools, three of them won their region title. Kudos to the Greenbrier Bobcats, East Robertson Indians, and Jo Byrns Red Devils. That is pretty cool.

To not single out one team, I thought I'd just post the link that Josh Wilkins, the RCTimes sports editor article. It's a little evident, he enjoys his job.

Good luck Robt. Co. schools on your home playoff rounds.

Yea he really does enjoy his job.

There are some great pictures in there also. Would love to have a copy of the one with ER seniors with Chris Brown.

Maybe if we all get far enough could have a county-wide bon fire. I wish Springfield and White House-Heritage the best of luck next year and to keep your heads up. Hope to have you at a game.

Joshua Wilkins has done a superb job as a sports writer for the Robertson County Times. He is very dedicated and goes the extra mile to cover all the schools the best he can. I can’t say enough about what he has done for the Times and this county. I look forward to reading his coverage each week.

One day Joshua will be lured away from our tight knit rural county by a larger paper, bigger city and more money. I want what is best for Joshua and know he has a very bright future in journalism, but I do hope he stays for a long while.

Congratulations to all 3 Robertson County schools and good luck in the playoffs.
