John Vandergriff is really all you need to know about in this weight class. If he dosent win state then it is because he didnt take it. However, it is his senior year, football didnt work out, so now i believe he is hungry to leave his mark, and his name along side his dad as top wrestlers in Halls High School history.

I believe that Brett Rogers from Collierville might be going 275. If he does, he will easily win state. Brett threw Carl Taylor, Stewart Allen, and as well as myself around easily. He is also alot stronger this year, and as long as he works in practice under a new coach, he will win State. Vandergriff is not bad, but I wasn't that impressed with him. Same with Clarksville Heavyweight. I believe he placed yet I pinned him in like 30 seconds. With his height and strength, watch out for Rogers.
