Just curious if anyone had the scoop on what the line ups would be for these teams, and how they match up.

I'll give it a shot for the red raiders:

103 Trey stavrum

112 Bailey Whitaker

119 Troy downey

125 Ben Johnson

130 Mike Bell

135 Mr. Manson

140 Jed Hussin

145 Reed Doster

152 Will Watson/ Cassidy Altis

160 Daniel Waddell

171 Caldwell Huckabay

189 Dereck Walker

215

hwt McCain still

Based on what I have heard, I think you are right on Cat! It could be Waddell at 152 and either Watson or Altis at 160 though. McCallie's line up is always good, but useless to speculate weights since it changes every week depending on the situation.

This would be a very strong dual lineup but would they use the same for the state tournament. I have it on good authority that Manson certified to be able to go 130 and wasn't too far off already.... is there any chance that he would cut to 130 because he does need to keep things like senior nationals in mind?

LOOKS LIKE A GOOD LINE-UP, SEVERAL KIDS NOT MENTIONED HAVE VERY GOOD CHANCE OF STARTING! BAYLOR WILL NEED THEM ALL TO BEAT SODDY AND RMCs EVIL GREEN TEAM FROM GA IN EARLY DEC.

    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
    • If y’all lose to Farragut something awful has happened.
    • Get him to Bearden ASAP! Or anywhere, Karns hs is in rough shape, probably not getting out of it anytime soon.
    • I'm not a Powell grad.  I am a Bearden grad.   My son and daughter are Powell grads.   I did radio play by play for Powell, my last year was 2013. I also did radio play by play for South Doyle, and my last gig was at Maryville before I retired.   My oldest grandson plays in the Karns Middle program, so I see more Karns games than I do Powell these days.  I've been to 3 Powell games since 2013.   I don't have any ties to Powell, haven't since 2013.   No "y'all" there.    And the kid you are talking about does have a very good arm, but he's not the QB that Deuce Rogers is.  Rogers is a legit dual threat guy.  The younger kid now at Clinton, or about to be at Clinton, isn't the dual threat that Rogers is.
