(3) Lauran Hudgins <Knee> (Riverdale) A Three From Way Down Town and with Attitude!!!

 

(4) Anne Marie Lanning <Ankle> (Riverdale) Miss Basketball just waiting to happen. Go gitt'em Ree Ree!!!

Update from Riverdale - Anne Marie is back and played great last weekend at Franklin County Play Day. Lauran Hudgins should be released to play this coming Monday which will get her back in time for the season opener.

 

Any news on Taylor from Smyrna? We wish all of these players a speedy recovery!

I heard a rumor that another Summertown girl was injured in a playday/scrimmage. Is she O.K.??

kwright... Good news on the Lampley front at Columbia... She was cleared to play yesterday and Ellie Foster was cleared to play today. That opens up the rotation a bit more for the Lady Lions who BTW scrimmage Loretto today at 3:30 in Columbia

That is GREAT news!!!! I can't make the Loretto game (gotta go see Coffman play) but I sure would appreciate a full report if you have time. That should be a good game if the coaches will let the horses run.

kwright, Columbia defeated Loretto by 10 48-38 but was ahead by 20 at one point in the 3rd. Good game still alot of work for both. Loretto's 2 horses did well I think Cross led the way. Columbia's scoring was balanced with no more than 9 points as high Ross. Columbia has now defeated 2 good teams in Loretto and Wilson Central.
