Proud to be able to say I know this young lady. What a wonderful accomplishment. There have been more than a few good players come through that school so to set this record is special. Hard work and persistence do pay off in Basketball as well as life. That Ms. Basketball has a nice ring to it!! With all the references to the Flash group it sure does bring back good memories. Maybe they were trying to be funny? After all, it is L.C.H.S that is at the disadvantage here. They have no short road trips in district unless you count Columbia. I have looked and as long as we are a AAA school, I don't see a better fit as far as logistics. My post from March 16th. What it means is this: (1) That Girls basketball in Tennessee will now start to look more like Alabama. We were better because we worked harder and longer. Just like everything else these days we want to not reward hard work and effort because it might make someone feel bad about themselves etc... (2) That It's time for schools that give a darn about their student athletes chances at the next level to stand up and demand that the T$$AA get out of their lives. (3)That we should all take a lot of video next year so in years to come we can remember the way it was in the good ole days. Of course, if the T$$AA enforces this rule like they do all their other so called rules, not much will change and we can all just forget that the T$$AA existed in the first place. They most certainly need to go the way of the Dinosaurs. WELL, Til Next Year, HOOPS TO YA!!!! kw

It is well documented as to how I feel about Ree Ree and really don't think I will ever respect any athlete any more than I do her. I certainly think she should win Ms. B'ball in AAA. Sure wish she and her family were still here in L'burg, but that is just a selfish wish. The problem here is that we are not playing Ree Ree, we are playing a very good Riverdale team and if you focus too much on one player you seal your doom in so doing. I know I am just stating the obvious so I will stop on that subject I hope more than anything that L.C.H.S wins this game because we have 3 seniors that deserve to have good things happen for them. Core, Drew and AshMo are now and will always be a big part of all the good things I remember about the game of Basketball. I have said many times on this board that it is by far the greatest team sport ever invented and these three young ladies play it the way God intended. My call ......... LCHS by 1. The WildThang comes to Lawrenceburg and the Polish sausage is on the grill. Another cold Friday night in a warm gym ..... Yep, just don't see how I can turn that down. Go LCHS!!!! If we can all play defense like the AppleCore did in the second quarter of the Lincoln County game, we will not lose another game this season. Recipe for success, (1) Play the D. When you are content to play behind Savannah Hill, she can quickly become a Georgia Mountain Thought they out quicked us on defense and kept their head better than we did. I can only hope to that we get to see these two match up again as it was a great game to watch. It always hurts to get beat, but it makes it easier when you get beat by a class outfit. Well, All I can say is &^%(*@!+_$&*$$#&^@. This just ain't fair!!!! The only upside to this is that if I had to put my money on any one person to pull this off and get back to 100%, it would be T.
