Woodford was not in the tournament this year, though they are listed in the program as one of the participating teams. Apparently they were a late scratch.

Yeah Woodford has always been a fun team to watch and compete with at the G.I.T. as was Science Hill but neither team was there! Anyone know why?

The way I underdstand it is that Woodford had the date wrong. They originally thought it was the 7th, and they had a dual tournament scheduled for the 14th. They were unable to change their tournament and had to drop out. Science Hill had their annual tournament on the 14th also. Hopefully, both teams will be back next year, both teams bring great talent to the GIT.
