Hey check this out, the kid from North Carolina lives with the Coach. His dad lives in Kingsport and works there. How fair is that. Might want to check into that.

Might want to recheck with your informant on that one...his dad works in Greeneville. As a matter of fact he works for the same company that I do. Go back to drooling over daisy's short shorts....

Amazing isn't it?? South Greene gets a transfer from Kingsport to play football this year. A kid from Morristown East transfered to Maryville, (not a football player), a kid from Jefferson County transferred to Alcoa. A kid from North Carolina transfered to Greeneville, a kid from Greeneville transfered to Florida. How come the only talk is about the kid that came TO Greeneville????

Red Bank seems to be very athletic but they really played out of control. They looked for nothing but the 3 ball all night and it wasn't falling. My guess is Red Bank was 2 or so for 20 or so from 3 point land. Red Bank has no inside game.

I agree we did play out of control. I dont know what was wrong with us but we did play a crappy game. I dont think that, that means we are overated we just had a bad game matter of fact the worse game this whole year, but it happens to the best. We average like 9.3 turnovers a game until last night when we had 22. so that was the game changer and what killed us (greeneville had like 9). and we really dont have a inside game cause we have no post. We just have gaurds and people who have 35in verticles. But overall congrats on yall's big win and good luck the rest of the year.

This is a pathetic way to act, just because Red Bank lost to G-Ville you wanna blame it all on one kid and act like a little punk and try and get him in trouble or somethin. That is pathetic

Greeneville is not my team but thats a bad excuse, the kid lived in North Carolina who cares he lives in Greeneville now and for a reason Greeneville didnt just recruit this kid, Greeneville is underrated but not as overrated as Red Bank is

in the begginng everybody said aww Red Bank aint going to do nothing really this year and then we come out and have only lost 2 games this year and were overated?

I might be wrong but I dont think this Dukes Of Hazzard is from Red Bank, I feel he is from Upper East Tennessee and just wants to complain about Greeneville getting a big time transfer. However still I wonder why no one comments on the others coming and going in East Tennessee. Greeneville lost a big time player in Johnathan Murner to Florida so lets start busting on his high school down there for taking him in. As usual this is just my opinion!

    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
