It all depends if Goodpasture can fill the wholes left from the seniors from last year. You had your starting pitcher, catcher, 3B, 2 OF leave for D1 schools last year. But I believe their absence will provide a fire within the returning players, due to the team was on autopilot last year. This district will be competitive, and new rivalries will commence. It will be a fun year for us and cannot wait for it to start.

Don't worry about Goodpasture. They have reloaded. Their program is as good as any in the state. They should win this district. I would expect Greenbrier will be solid again too.

I am not that familiar with either DCA or White House but I know that Goodpasture has plenty of talent coming back this year. They just need some players to step into the leadership roles that last years Senior class had held for the past few years. They still have the talent to make them the team to beat in the district.

 

Greenbrier is in a very similar situation. They lost a great Senior class that had literally played together since elementary school. They still have solid talent, and solid coaching so they will be tough to beat, but someone has to step up and be a leader for them to go very far.
