Head vs. JFK sounds like a good game. Both have a good post player. JFK player subtitutions are questionable at times. He takes out his hot shooters. I'll take MLK over cameron.

Looks like my predictions of MLK, Head, and Jere Baxter, Haynes is 50% correct. I'm pretty sure Jere Baxter will be there.

winitall r u going to the maplewood game on wed. The 9th grade championship. especially since the trio of miles, tavares, and gary doesn't impress u. lol. maybe i can sit next 2 u at the game and we can critique it together. my heart is with maplewood, but their weakness is ensworth's strength guard play. anyway let me know i'll be there.

 

also the eastern games are at Brick church not sure who is playing today.

you must know who i am. LOL Taveres i may have been wrong with he is a player miles and gary are just average if at a metro school they wouldnt be better than cantrell and justin at mapelwood. but hey they are all good players. where is the champioship being played

MLK Western Division Boys Middle School Champs!!!!! They beat Head 29-9. Congrats to Head's girls for beating Antioch I think 45 to 25. I know it was a 20 point difference as well.

 

Were waiting the outcome of the Eastern Division tournament.

29-9 wow. head must've got frustrated and started taking a lot of bad shots. That MLK D was too much I see. Head girls definitely the favorite to win it all.

It was a little disheartening. I much more would have liked to see a closer game. Actually the score was generous because we had a lot of turnovers and missed lay ups.

 

Coaching makes a world of difference. I was leaving out of the gym and Doc approached Coach Melton (Head's Coach) to commend him on his teams play. I thought it was pretty classy.

 

I am going to the Eastern Division tournament today to check out the other side.

Well the western division catches a break. Haynes and Jere Baxter play in one semifinal the two best teams from the east. One will be eliminated. Gra Mar plays Goodlettsville in the other semifinal.
