GREENEVILLE VS MO WEST Friday Feb. 10

The Greeneville girls looked like a totally different team than the one that played at Morristown West. On the defensive end of the floor they were tremendous tonight. Hats off to the coaching staff for getting these girls focused on this game and hats off to the players for working their rear ends off on the floor tonight. I am sure West will be ready when the district tourney starts but tonight the Lady Devils were the better team. Good job ladies.

 

Are Greeneville Parents any different than any other parents? Of course we all want our children to play. But I think for the most part, we really know where the children fall in the line up. As for coaching this year, I think some of the parents have had some legitamit gripes. I don't think it was always about playing time either. These kids have pride and when you throw them in games with only seconds on the clock. That is humilitating! Or put them in for one 30 secs and then right back out. You tell me how you would feel? It got to be too much for some.

Don't know what's going on in G-vegas, but congrats to Greeneville Girls. I would love to see a West/Greeneville conference tournament championship and region championship game.
