Really silly question. There are NO wrestlers at " the top " who can be described as " weak ". There are a few who place more emphasis on superior technique and or conditioning rather than brute strength but these guys are still plenty strong. Many of the stocky, muscular type wrestlers have learned not to underestimate some of the lean lanky types. Hard to really measure strength accurately among several different body types. A guy with a barrel chest and short arms may be a bench pressing machine but only an average wrestler. We are really talking about leverage as much as strength. Just as no top wrestler can reasonably be called

" weak " no natural powerhouse wrestler can make it to the top on strength alone. If all it took to win was strength you would find a lot more powerlifters and football players on the winner's platform.
