Running up steep hills gives you more explosiveness, while running up long hils gives you more endurance. I would also suggest that you jog for 20 sec and then spring for 10sec, and continue this for about a mile, this will help your speed and endurance. :thumb:

I've heard a lot of good things about D1 Sports Training. I know they have at least two locations, one in Nashville (Brentwood) and one in Knoxville.

just moved into a super nice place around the cool springs mall area,they train alot of soccer teams ,plus they train a lot of guys that went to the nfl combine,they have a good way to train soccer players that are looking to go play on the next level, the guy that was looking for some way to train this would be way over your level of skill i would stick to running up those hills an hollers........or kept playing rec,lcsoccer what school is this
