D1 SPORTS ,this is in brentwood an is the best speed an agility place to rehab from injury or to just increase your total body control, owned by a couple ex-tn football players,i know some of the tnfc 88 & 90s train there during the summer an fall an sure helped both teams .lots of nfl players also train there, well worth the effort ,also i belive they have one in knoxville

SAQ and other stuff like that is great. Even get involved with their water excercises, it works muscles more completely. Hills are good; long and steep. Someone also told me once that running down hills (not that steep) are good for stride; i dont know if it is actually true or not, but thats what they said.

i wish i could dream of something and then it be true, that would be a great talent. but i am not bestowed with that power so i guess i will have to get off the couch and run some hills :)

Where are you from in TN?

I do SAQ training and different sports related training in the Knoxville area.

And beware running down hills unless you like shin injuries or patela tendinitis. The other information was good, but you need to have a plan of action, you can't walk in the gym and just do a few exercises and expect to maximize your results just like you don't just go out on the field and do what you feel like that day to become a better soccer player.
