polk_wildcat
They still need to get a workhorse running back to replace James Yeah I think if they did that, they could make a run at the Super Bowl next year

tdntn
i had been saying for years that if the colts would have spent less on peyton (this was around the time he got his new contract) and more on their defense they might have a shot at the superbowl...this year they were able to develop a good defense but suprisingly the offense was their downfall, even with the refs trying to assist them to victory. now they lose a big part of their offense in james (and vanderjagt on special teams), so i dont see them going to the superbowl anytime soon. their best chance for a while was this year. they still will be a good team, just not championship level

gotmilk?
Maybe not the same sentence but the same month for sure. (play-offs) Apparently you havent watched the playoffs the last couple of years or you would have seen that Peyton has done his part to put the Colts in position to win! What the defense and kicker does is out of control of Peyton! At one point your statement has credit, but not anymore!
