benwoodsuc
that is crazy.. what grade is he in and who is he getting looked at by?? I was just saying that to see how fast he really throws...I have heard that speed from about 10 people who all said that they saw him get clocked at 95. I didn't really believe it myself, but they all had the same story, so....

The local newspaper said the scouts' gun at his game against West Carroll stayed steady between 90-92 and topped out twice at 94. What scout? It didn't say. What brand of gun (it DOES make a difference)? It also didn't say. JUGS usually gives you the most accurate reading. Regardless, the kid can throw gas and he can spot three pitches on a dime. Top quality pitcher. His dad is the head coach at Bethel College, but I don't know that dear old dad stands a chance to sign him.
bizazz
JUGS usually gives you the most accurate reading. Most Pro Scouts use the Stalker, not JUGs. Stalker reads a couple of mph slower.
