I saw a kid from oneida courtesy run for their catcher, he drop kicked the third basemen in the Mcreary game, and I asked who he was and what he was doin. I dont recall his name but they said he scores every game and has never been thrown out.... I think he was number 12 or 24, can't remember exactly. If he hadn't of hit the kid how he did he would have been out, so he may just be lucky...

You all are getting really creative with these threads!! lol

I agree but these guys with their speed helps win ball games my son pinch ran at the oakland game and with someone hitting a base hit he was able to score both games were 3-2 games and if the starter is i there he doesnt score. Pinch runners and courtesy runners are very important espciall when the game is on the line you need the extra speed to score from second

Have any of you kids out there been to Dyersburg to watch this Bryson Horner kid run. He is pretty fast. Had some mental mess-ups early this year but this kid is really showing why he is one of 09s best.

Along with Bryson, Dyersburg has a fleet-footed junior they call him "Crazy" who runs seldomly since earlier in the year ran over a catcher in a tournament in Halls. Since then, he has cooled off and ran smart around the basepaths. This kid will be well-known by his senior season, he runs like a mad man around the bases.

    • I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.
    • Hoping to make the playoffs.
    • You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.
    • He was a bruise but Aaron Dykes is HVA’s best RB ever.
    • I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
