tiger2wildcat
if you know anything about baseball you know shortstop is probably THE most important position on the field. who are the best in the state?
straightbill307
Chase Birdwell from Harpeth is a all-around 5-tool player, as for the most important position on the field not sure there are a couple others that may qualify for that one. But Birdwell batted around 430 his sophomore year, all distict, co-defensive mvp, and he knows the game and how to play it, look for him to be an even bigger threat next year. Holliman at Germantown is pretty good. Delashmit at Covington is also very fun to watch. Grimm at USJ is young, but very talented. It is evident that all of these kids have been very well coached. When it all boils down though, no one has half as much to do with the outcome of the game as the pitcher and catcher.
