Kenwood High School, the games have been rained out and will begin on Monday with 2nd round. The first round games where at Rossview and Henry County the #1 seeds.

This should be a good tournament. I have seen Clarksville High and know that they have a good team. If they are a number 3 seed then I know that this should stack up to be a very interesting tournament. Please keep us updated on how things go down this week in the tournament.

Tonight's games in 10AAA

In loser's bracket Northeast defeats Kenwood, so Kenwood is out.

Northwest defeats Springfield, so Springfield is out.

 

In winner's bracket Rossview beats Clarksville 10-3, so Clarksville will play Northwest tomorrow.

 

In the 8th inning after being tied 1-1 at end of 7 Dickson scores 4 in top of 8th to go ahead 5-1. Don't know how the game ended.

 

The loser will play Northeast tomorrow.

 

The winner will play Rossview in winner's bracket.

Yes, Dickson won 5-3, so Dickson and Rossview are the only teams left in the winner's bracket. Both teams are about as even as two teams can be on the field. The two teams tied for the regular season championship at 8-2, beating each other by 2 runs, forcing a coin flip for the top seed. If the rain where to continue the rest of the week, it could be very hard to finish the double elim. tourney. Hope the rain holds off.

Henry County beat Northeast 1-0 in 9 innings.

 

Clarksville beat Northwest 12-0 in 6 innings.

 

Dickson and Rossview were in the bottom of the 4th when the rain hit.

 

Rossview is up 2-0 and batting in bottom of 4th with 2 outs and a full count, the game will start at that point tomorrow at 4:00.

 

Henry County and Clarksville will start after that game is complete.

 

The winner of Henry County and Clarksville will face the loser of the Rossview - Dickson game after that.

 

Winners will play on Friday.

Winner's bracket game completed today and Rossview wins over Dickson 2-0.

 

In Loser's bracket Clarksville wins the game over Henry County 5-4 in the 6th inning, it was called because of rain.

 

Clarksville will face Dickson tomorrow at 6:00 P.M. with the winner playing Rossview at 8:00. The "if" game will be played on Saturday.

Clarksville beat Dickson 4-3 to come out of the loser's bracket.

 

Rossview beats Clarksville 8-0, to win their 3rd District Championship in their 5 year history.

 

Rossview will host the loser of the Wilson Central - Mt. Juliet game at 7:00 on Monday at Rossview.

 

Clarksville will travel to the Wilson Central - Mt. Juliet winner's field.
