i'm gonna have to agree with stealth on this one. u apparantly didnt read the previous posts. stealth asked for last years times, they were given, and the times are not anything to right home about. he didnt say next years times are nothing to right about. the fact is the teams at the meet last year were nothing spectacular and they could use some of the quality tn teams to help the meet grow along with the strong bama teams that are apparantly going already. if u look at a meet like jesse owens, the biggest meet in alabama, that meet is what it is because of great competition between alabama and tennesse teams along with an occasionally team from some of the other surrounding states thrown in

Hey stealthccrunner what kind of times do you run and maybe I could race youat the jesse owens meet if you show up! I ran a 17:29 on that course so maybe I could race you

haha sorry man but im pretty sure stealth could get that time at jesse owens no problem. tn usually does really well on that course. i usually ran my best times there and it seems like the tn teams have been dominating the silver division the last few years. i know we had 3 in the top 5 last year with mba mlk and ccs

    • I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"
    • TSSAA will let them all go to Mase.
    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
