How are the wildcats looking this fall? Are there any schrimmages planned for this fall? I was told the cats looked good this spring. What's the word for this season?

Monterey will battle for the 4th spot in region 4. Friendship, Trousdale and Gordonsville will all finish ahead of them.

I think Monterey has a good chance of competing with most teams in their region this year. It's obvious that Trousdale and Friendship Christian will have the upper hand as usual in single A. It should be a pretty good game between them and Gordonsville though. Whichever team comes out ready to play can take it....We'll see!!!!!!!Monterey actually has a three-way scrimmage with Coalfield and York Institute tomorrow.

When and where is this scrimmage? I know that York already scrimmaged Monterey at Monterey this past Friday. If there's another scrimmage I might try to catch it.

How did the scrimmage go ? Did Monterey do well ?

I went up to Monterey to check them out on Tuesday. Monterey did look like they had much. The only scored twice, and one of them were against the second team of York. Monterey will probably not finish in the top four of their region.

Monterey will struggle like they always do. They are a slightly below average program. They will never be a power. Trousdale, Gordonsville and FCS rule that region.
