Just wondering how this scrimmage turned out.. I heard BA had a few players taken out of practice the past couple of weeks due to heat related issues.

 

 

BA 23 DC 14

 

Dickson County scored one offensive and one defensive

TD with one minute left in the 4th against BA's 3rd and 4th team.

 

BA was missing a number of starters on offense for a variety

of reasons. Passing game looks very promising. First and

second team defense limited DC to virtually no offense.

so it was really 23-0 BA? how'd the running game look and the new kid Chris ___ (i forgot) from georgia?

 

 

 

That's the real game summary. The transfer from Georgia as well

as Tyree and Ryan White did not play last night. In spite of the

absence of the first team backfield, the running game looked good.

Did the new QB play for BA (Caffy?)? Any feedback on him?

I have heard that Dickson is down this year. Which is good for all Williamson County schools. Does anyone know how long their new high school has been open. I know from my own experience that when a new school opens the old one will suffer for a few years before they are back on track. Does anyone know what classification the new high school plays in? I don't remember their name.

      I have no issues with the Karns Middle School program.   Good coaches and he's with the kids he goes to school with.  He's a rising 6th grader who had to play with 6th grade kids last year because Karns didn't have enough kids for a 5th grade age team.  He's in a good place at this point.   My daughter is a single mom with 4 kids under 11 years old.  We help her out with logistics, so staying in our own area right now is important.  Once he gets to high school age, who knows what happens?  That bridge will be crossed when we get there.

      I know he was a backup but I thought he filled in well when the starter went down. Never a bad thing to have a change of pace back

      That would be a good get for them. Lowe always finds a way. Pretty sure they have their Rb from last year returning but not that line of beef

      One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.

      If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
