Harriman middle beat Cherokee 1st quarter

 

Midway beat OS 7 to 0 OS had a chance to tie it up but Midway had a good goal line stand in the 2nd quarter

 

Harriman won the kick pass and sprint lineman and backs Stone won the punt.

 

Coalfield and Rockwood tied 0 to 0 in the 3rd quarter

 

Don't know how the Stone and Harriman 4th quarter went.

I missed the Stone Harriman game also but my brother watched most of it he said it was 14-0 Harriman when he left ....

I was impressed with Coalfield.

also Harrimans speed, it was unreal

But i was also impressed with Midway.

Stone for a JV team realy moved the ball

Ol i thought done a good job

Question why was Kingston not there?

Overall, it was a pretty entertaining evening of football; untill the heavens opened up and dumped the deluge!!! I was really impressed with Midway and Harriman. Coalfield looked pretty good, but I think their young line may hurt them a bit early on untill they mature. I agree with another poster about Stone- they did move the ball very well on the ground for such a young team. No matter what happened, I got to see some high school football. It's been a long wait, but now the greatest game on earth has returned and I feel like I'm home again!!
